ANALISIS DAMPAK JALAN TOL TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI SEKTORAL PADA WILAYAH YANG DILALUI: STUDI KASUS TOL SOLO-SEMARANG

Pembangunan infrastruktur menjadi salah satu fokus utama program pemerintah dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi pada suatu negara. Salah satunya melalui pembangunan jalan tol yang mampu menjadi sarana penghubung antar wilayah atau daerah dan diharapkan setelah tersedianya jalan tol akan semakin mempermudah kegiatan ekonomi, sosial, dan yang lainya di masyarakat. Namun disisi lain, adanya pembangunan jalan tol ini masih ditakutkan tidak memberikan dampak yang positif pada kondisi ekonomi daerah yang dilalui jalan tol. Untuk itu, penulis pada penelitian ini berupaya menganalisis mengenai dampak adanya Jalan Tol Solo-Semarang terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi sektor pertanian, industri, dan perdagangan di wilayah yang dilalui jalan tol tersebut. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode fixed effect dengan data panel dari lima kabupaten/kota yang dilalui Jalan Tol Solo-Semarang dengan periode waktu tahun 2011 sampai dengan 2020. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa nilai investasi adanya pembangunan Tol Solo-Semarang berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi sektor pertanian, industri, dan perdagangan, yang diukur menggunakan nilai PDRB riil masing-masing sektor.

Infrastructure development is one of the main focuses of government programs in increasing economic growth in a country. One of them is through the construction of toll roads that are able to become a means of connecting between regions or regions and it is hoped that after the availability of toll roads it will further facilitate economic, social and other activities in the community. However, on the other hand, the construction of this toll road is still feared not to have a positive impact on the economic conditions of the area through which the toll road passes. For this reason, the authors of this study attempt to analyze the impact of the Solo-Semarang Toll Road on the economic growth of the agricultural, industrial, and trade sectors in the area where the toll road passes. The method used in this study uses the fixed effect method with panel data from five regencies/cities traversed by the Solo-Semarang Toll Road with a time period of 2011 to 2020. The results show that the investment value of the Solo-Semarang toll road development has a positive and significant impact. on the economic growth of the agricultural, industrial and trade sectors, as measured using the real GDP value of each sector.
