Untuk menciptakan aktifitas pengembangan aplikasi internet dengan hobi terkait dengan otomotif dan travelling, rintisan bisnis Socalangit memberikan solusi pada kebutuhan Aerial Photography, Communication Radio, Survelience tools, dan hobby terkait dengan otomotif dan travelling baik berupa pengadaan barang dan jasa serta solusi komunikasi. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai pengembangan rencana bisnis SocaLangit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menyusun rencana bisnis berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi agar dapat menghasilkan bisnis yang berkelanjutan dan mampu memberikan manfaat keuntungan; (2) menghitung kelayakan secara finansial dari rencana bisnis tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini persaingan yang dihadapi dapat dikatakan cukup tinggi; pendatang baru dalam industri teknologi informasi dan telekomunikasi adalah moderate; produk substitusi dikategorikan rendah; kekuatan pemasok untuk menekan keuntungan perusahaan pada industri ini rendah; kekuatan tawar pembeli dapat dikatakan rendah; dan rencana bisnis SocaLangit dinyatakan layak untuk dijalankan apabila berada dalam kondisi dengan skenario pesimis, normal dan optimis.

To create internet application development activities with hobbies related to automotive and traveling, the Socalangit business startup provides solutions to the needs of Aerial Photography, Communication Radio, Survelience tools, and hobbies related to automotive and traveling in the form of procurement of goods and services as well as communication solutions. This research design uses a descriptive qualitative approach to obtain an overview of the development of the SocaLangit business plan. This study aims to (1) develop a business plan based on information and communication technology in order to produce a sustainable business and be able to provide benefits; (2) calculate the financial feasibility of the business plan. The results of this study the competition faced can be said to be quite high; new entrants in the Information and Communication Technology are moderate; substitute products are categorized as low; the power of suppliers to suppress company profits in this industry is low; bargaining power of buyers can be said to be low; and SocaLangit's business plan is declared feasible if it is in conditions with pessimistic, normal and optimistic scenarios.
