RELASI TINGKAT MATURITAS TATA PAMONG CLOUD COMPUTING TERHADAP PENCIPTAAN NILAI BISNIS: SURVEI TERHADAP UMKM GO DIGITAL SEKTOR INDUSTRI PENGOLAHAN BINAAN BANK INDONESIA

Era globalisasi dan revolusi industri 4.0 telah menimbulkan adanya urgensi untuk UMKM di Indonesia terkoneksi dengan dunia digital agar dapat bersaing baik dalam pasar domestik maupun internasional. Hadirnya teknologi cloud computing merupakan salah satu solusi yang dapat membantu UMKM mengatasi hal tersebut. Namun, ekosistem digital di Indonesia belum memadai untuk mendukung adopsi cloud computing, termasuk regulasi yang dapat mendukung tata pamongnya. Oleh karena itu, UMKM tidak dapat mengukur tingkat maturitas tata pamong untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif adopsi cloud computing sehingga dapat menciptakan nilai bisnis pada perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat maturitas tata pamong cloud computing dan menguji keterkaitannya dengan penciptaan nilai bisnis di UMKM go digital sektor industri pengolahan binaan Bank Indonesia. Penelitian dengan 186 responden ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel berupa purposive sampling dan teknik analisis data berupa analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UMKM go digital sektor industri pengolahan memiliki tingkat maturitas di level ad hoc dengan total nilai aktual beta sebesar 0,778 yang mana telah mendekati level di atasnya yaitu initial. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa objek penelitian belum menyadari perlunya mengelola risiko atas adopsi cloud computing, dan tidak melakukan tata pamong yang memadai atas adopsi cloud computing di perusahaan, serta hanya mengatasi masalah ketika masalah tersebut muncul. Namun, telah terdapat UMKM yang melakukan proses manajemen risiko walaupun belum terstruktur dan terukur. Selain itu, mereka menyadari manfaat potensial dari manajemen risiko, tetapi belum memiliki kemampuan untuk menerapkannya. Simpulan kedua adalah terdapat keterkaitan antara tingkat maturitas tersebut dengan nilai yang tercipta atas adopsi cloud computing di perusahaan.

The era of globalization and the industrial revolution 4.0 has created an urgency for SMEs in Indonesia to be connected to the digital world so they can compete in both domestic and international markets. One of the solutions that can help SMEs to overcome this is the presence of cloud computing technology. However, the digital ecosystem in Indonesia is not sufficient to support the adoption of cloud computing, including regulations that measure the maturity level of governance. Therefore, SMEs cannot measure the maturity level of governance to find out how effective the adoption of cloud computing is, so that it can create the business value for the company. This study aims to identify the maturity level of cloud computing governance and to examine its relationship with the creation of business value in the go digital SMEs in the manufacturing sector fostered by Bank Indonesia. This is a quantitative research with 186 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique, the data is analyzed using a technique in the form of multiple regression analysis. The results show that the go digital SMEs in manufacturing sector have a maturity at the Ad Hoc level, with a total actual beta value of 0.778, which is close to the level above it, namely Initial. This shows that the research objects have not realized the need to manage the risks of cloud computing adoption, and does not perform adequate governance on cloud computing adoption in the enterprises, and only solve problems when they arise. However, there have been SMEs that have carried out risk management processes even though they are not yet structured and measured. In addition, they are aware of the potential benefits of risk management, but do not yet have the ability to implement it. The second conclusion is that there is a relationship between maturity level and the value created by the adoption of cloud computing in companies.
