PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR TERHADAP KINERJA DPRD

Pada Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana pengaruh pelatihan dan juga OCB terhadap kinerja DPRD. Berangkat dari kondisi DPRD yang dituntut untuk memahami tugas dan fungsi secara baik, hal ini merupakan salah satu tanggung jawab terhadap masyarakat yang dimana sudah memilih mereka untuk menjadi DPRD. Penelitian ini tergolong dalam penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Dimana terdapat tiga variabel, dengan total 14 Indikator. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diambil dari sampel berjumlah 99 responden yang merupakan anggota DPRD dari pulau Jawa dan luar pulau Jawa. Hasil pada penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa (1) Secara bersamaan pelatihan dan OCB berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja DPRD. (2) Secara parsial pelatihan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja DPRD. (3) Secara parsial OCB berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja DPRD.

This research discusses how the influence of training and OCB on DPRD performance. Departing from the condition of the DPRD which is required to understand their duties and functions well, this is one of the responsibilities of the people who have chosen them to become DPRD. This research belongs to descriptive quantitative research. Where there are three variables, with a total of 14 indicators. This study uses primary data taken from a sample of 99 respondents who are DPRD members from Java and outside Java. The results of this study conclude that (1) Simultaneously training and OCB have a significant effect on DPRD performance. (2) Partially, training has no effect on DPRD performance. (3) Partially OCB has a significant and positive effect on DPRD performance.
