PERSEPSI WISATAWAN TERHADAP ATRAKSI WISATA FLORA SAN TERRA DI KABUPATEN MALANG

Persepsi wisatawan sangat penting bagi pengelola atraksi wisata untuk meningkatkan pelayanan yang diberikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu persepsi wisatawan terhadap Flora San Terra guna meningkatkan kualitas atraksi wisata dan jumlah pengunjung. Flora San Terra terletak di Desa Pandesari, Kecamatan Pujon, Kabupaten Malang, Provinsi Jawa Timur merupakan suatu atraksi wisata yang memiliki konsep flora dan bangunan ala Korea Belanda. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pertama kali terkait persepsi wisatawan di Flora San Terra, dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data utama melalui observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Flora San Terra memiliki beragam pilihan atraksi wisata, dari taman bunga hingga wahana bermain untuk anak-anak. Persepsi masyarakat atas atraksi wisata Flora San Terra baik untuk seluruh aspek hanya saja di bagian informasi keberadaan wisata masih kurang.

The perception of the tourists are very important for the managers of the places to improve the service provided. This study aims to find out the perception of tourists to the Flora of the San Terra in order to improve the quality of places and the number of visitors. Flora San Terra is located in Pandesari Village, Pujon district, Malang Regency, East Java Province is a tourist attraction that has the concept of flora and building Korean Dutch. This research is first related to the perception of tourists in the Flora of the San Terra, conducted using a qualitative approach with the method of collecting primary data through observation, and interview. The results showed that the Flora of the San Terra has a diverse selection of attractions, from the flower garden to playground for children. The public perception of top attractions Flora San Terra good for all aspects of the just in the part of the presence information travel is still lacking.
