EVALUASI PENJADWALAN PROYEK MENGGUNAKAN METODE PERT (PROGRAM EVALUATION AND REVIEW TECHNIQUE) PADA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN GEDUNG ADVANCED PHARMACEUTICAL SCIENCE LEARNING CENTER (APSLC) UNIVERSITAS GADJAH MADA

Semakin pesat perkembangan di berbagai sektor pembangunan menjadi pemicu meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat akan pembangunan. Salah satu sektor pembangunan yang terus dilakukan berada pada bidang pendidikan khususnya pembangunan gedung perkuliahan. Universitas Gadjah Mada membangun Gedung Advanced Pharmaceutical Science Learning Center (APSLC) untuk memberikan fasilitas kepada mahasiswa. Salah satu aspek perencanaan yang perlu diperhatikan yaitu pada proses penjadwalan. Apabila terjadi keterlambatan pekerjaan proyek, maka akan terjadi pembengkakan biaya yang mengakibatkan proyek tidak efisien. Durasi pada pekerjaan Gedung APSLC UGM mengalami keterlambatan, sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi pada penjadwalan proyek dengan metode PERT untuk meninjau ulang durasi proyek. Analisis dan evaluasi perlu dilakukan agar didapatkan perbandingan antara schedule rencana dan aktual dengan schedule dengan metode PERT. Data yang diperlukan untuk analisis dan evaluasi didapatkan dari hasil wawancara dan pengamatan di lapangan, serta dokumen yang bersumber dari proyek dan sumber pendukung lainnya. Pada schedule rencana, waktu yang direncanakan untuk menyelesaikan proyek yaitu selama 356 hari kalender, sedangkan pada schedule aktual diperlukan waktu 494 hari kalender. Hasil analisis dengan metode PERT didapatkan nilai expected time (te) durasi proyek tersebut selama 391 hari kalender. Dari durasi tersebut, didapatkan nilai probabilitas (kemungkinan) sebesar 99,72% proyek akan selesai tepat waktu. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi dari schedule rencana, schedule dengan metode PERT, dan schedule aktual terdapat faktor yang menyebabkan durasi proyek mengalami kemunduran, mulai dari faktor cuaca yang kurang mendukung, ketersediaan alat dan material yang terlambat, sampai dengan adanya lockdown di masa awal pandemi. Hasil evaluasi tersebut dapat dijadikan acuan untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan selanjutnya dengan lebih baik.

One of the aspects of planning that need to be considered in the process of scheduling. In case of delay the project work, there will be cost overruns that resulted in the project not efficient. The duration of the building of APSLC UGM delayed, so need to be evaluated on project scheduling with PERT method to review the duration of the project. Analysis and evaluation need to be done in order to obtain a comparison between the planned schedule and actual schedule with the PERT method. The data required for the analysis and evaluation of obtained from the results of interviews and observations in the project, as well as documents sourced from projects and other supporting resources. On the planned schedule, the planned time to complete the project is over 356 calendar days, whereas in the schedule to the actual required time 494 calendar days. The results of the analysis with the PERT method obtained the value of the expected time (te) the duration of the project required 391 calendar days. Of the duration, the obtained value of the probability (likelihood) of 99,72% of the project will be completed on time. Based on the results of the evaluation of the schedule plan, schedule by the method of PERT, and schedule actual there are factors that lead to the duration of the project suffered a setback, ranging from unfavorable weather, availability of equipment and material that is late, until a lockdown in the early days of the pandemic. The results of these evaluations can be used as a reference to carry out further work with the better.
