Percepatan pembangunan infrastruktur prioritas merupakan keniscayaan. Hal demikian juga termasuk pada Proyek LRT Sumatera Selatan. Sebagai proyek yang masuk kategori prioritas dan strategis, proyek ini mendapatkan perlakuan khusus. Pemerintah memilih untuk melakukan percepatan pembagunan melalui kolaborasi dengan skema penugasan BUMN. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis konteks dinamika kolaborasi stakeholder pada Proyek LRT Sumatera Selatan. Serta, melakukan evaluasi atas hasil kolaborasi yang terjadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus melalui pengumpulan data primer berupa wawancara, dokumentasi kualitatif, dan studi kepustakaan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kolaborasi yang berjalan merupakan kolaborasi semu akibat dari dominasi pemerintah pusat. Tujuan utama proyek dapat tercapai untuk pemenuhan Asian Games 2018. Selain itu, terindentifikasi beberapa dampak positif lain yang sebelumnya tidak mendapatkan perhatian dari stakeholder kolaborasi.

Acceleration of priority infrastructure development is a necessity. This also includes the South Sumatra LRT Project. As a priority and strategic project, this project gets special treatment. The government chose to accelerate development through collaboration with the SOE assignment scheme. This study intends to analyse the context of the dynamics of stakeholder collaboration in the South Sumatra LRT Project. Furthermore, evaluate the results of the collaboration that occurred. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach through primary data collection in the form of interviews, qualitative documentation, and literature study. This study finds that the ongoing collaboration is a pseudo collaboration as a result of the domination of the central government. The main objective of the project can be achieved for the fulfilment of the 2018 Asian Games. In addition, several other positive impacts were identified that previously did not receive the attention of collaborative stakeholders.
