This study seeks to examine posters regarding Covid-19 carried out by the Indonesian Ministry of Health through the semiological method of Roland Barthes. These various posters are displayed in material and immaterial spaces that are crowded with various perspectives. A total of three posters were studied and are part of two uploads to the @Kemenkes-RI Instagram account. This study explains how the two poster uploads are rich in code and contain various readings in them which actually explain various related phenomena. Various aphorisms by Barthes have also been inserted in order to provide a stellar picture that there is a similar discourse in the observed phenomena. Here, the Covid-19 pandemic is recognized as a multi-sector [Bio Psycho Social Spiritual] phenomenon so that there are several phenomena as impacts and efforts to deal with the pandemic and sign reading activities. In this case, poster photos are used as media in explaining the semiological dimension of the practice of handling the pandemic when dealing with it in society. The semiological dimensions found also show various things, first: there is a domino effect due to the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic. Second, there are various receipts and sites on which the posters are presented. Third, there is a state of readiness that has led to various circulars surprisingly, this effort seems to be a new birth step, although later it was a response to developments in the handling of the Covid-19 pandemic. Fourth, this condition can not only be observed from a social perspective, but has a great psychological impact on the possibility that people encourage the circulation of hoaxes in Indonesia. Thus, based on these four findings, an open attitude is needed to sort out information from the public so that it can be wisely understood and utilized.
