EVALUASI APLIKASI TELEMEDICINE DENGAN METODE TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL (TAM) DI RUMAH SAKIT MATA "DR. YAP" YOGYAKARTA

Latar belakang: Layanan telemedicine di RS Mata "Dr. Yap" telah memiliki aplikasi tersendiri. Namun sejauh ini masih ada beberapa kendala yang terjadi. Evaluasi terhadap aplikasi secara berkala yang dilakukan oleh Tim Telemedicine untuk mengetahui gangguan dan mengoptimalkan penggunaannya bagi pasien. Sementara, untuk melihat penerimaan pengguna berdasarkan persepsi kemudahan dan kemanfaatan dari sisi dokter dan petugas rumah sakit belum dilakukan. Tujuan: Mengevaluasi aplikasi telemedicine di Rumah Sakit Mata "Dr.Yap" dengan metode Technology Acceptance Model. Metode: Penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Rancangan penelitian ini yaitu studi kasus. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Instrumen yang digunakan terkait evaluasi aplikasi yaitu TAM. Subjek penelitian merupakan anggota Tim Telemedicine. Objek penelitian ini yaitu layanan dan aplikasi telemedicine. Penelitian berlokasi di RS Mata "Dr. Yap" Yogyakarta dan berlangsung pada bulan Juli 2021. Hasil: Alur pelayanan telemedicine dimulai dari pendaftaran pasien melalui aplikasi, konsultasi dengan dokter melalui chat atau Zoom, kemudian peresepan obat secara online. Riwayat chat dan rekaman video telemedicine telah disimpan, pencatatan pada RME ataupun RM manual juga dilakukan. Kendala yang sering terjadi yaitu koneksi yang tidak lancar. Aplikasi layanan telemedicine belum terintegrasi dengan SIMRS dan rekam medis elektronik. Namun, secara umum aplikasi telah bermanfaat dan mudah digunakan walaupun masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan. Kesimpulan: Layanan telemedicine di RS Mata "Dr. Yap" didukung dengan aplikasi. Pendokumentasian hasil telemedicine telah dilaksanakan. Secara umum aplikasi mudah dan bermanfaat bagi seluruh responden. Perlu ditambahkan username dan password pada aplikasi petugas serta mewujudkan integrasi SIMRS dan aplikasi telemedicine.

Background: Telemedicine services at RS Mata "Dr. Yap" already has application. But there are still some obstacles. So far, periodic evaluation of application that carried out by Telemedicine Team is identifying error and optimizing the use for patients. Meanwhile, to see user acceptance based on perceived ease of use and usefulness from the side of doctors and hospital staff has not been done. Objective: Evaluating the application of telemedicine service in RS Mata "Dr. Yap" using Technology Acceptance Model. Method: Descriptive research with qualitative approach. Research's design is case study. Data collection method are observation, study documentation, and interview. The instrument used to evaluate the application is TAM. The subjects are members of Telemedicine Team. The research's objects are application and telemedicine service. The research take place in RS Mata "Dr. Yap" Yogyakarta on July 2021. Result: The service starts from patient registration through application, consulting with doctor via chat or Zoom, then online drug prescribing. Telemedicine chat histories and video recordings are stored, recording in EMR or manual also carried out. The most common problem is unstable connection. Telemedicine's application hasn't been integrated with SIMRS and EMR. In general, the application has been useful and easy although there's still some lacks. Conclusion: Telemedicine service in RS Mata "Dr. Yap" supported with application. Service documentation has been conducted. Generally, the application is easy and useful for users. Username and password should be added in staff's application, also realize the integration between SIMRS and telemedicine application.
