Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Mobile Visiting Jogja sebagai Penyedia Informasi terkait Pembatasan Kegiatan Pariwisata pada Masa Pandemi COVID-19 di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta

Pandemi COVID-19 menyebabkan penurunan kunjungan wisatawan sehingga terjadi krisis pada sektor pariwisata di DIY. Pemerintah menerapkan protokol kesehatan sesuai dengan KMK No. HK.01.07/MENKES/382/2020 sebagai upaya menggerakan kembali sektor pariwisata dengan tetap meminimalisir penyebaran COVID-19. Informasi mengenai peraturan tersebut dapat disampaikan kepada masyarakat dengan memanfaatkan TIK, salah satunya melalui aplikasi. Aplikasi Mobile Visiting Jogja merupakan portal informasi pariwisata DIY yang dikelola oleh Dinas Pariwisata DIY. Sebagai salah satu aplikasi penyedia informasi pariwisata, aplikasi ini juga memiliki peran dalam menyediakan informasi mengenai protokol kesehatan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penyediaan informasi pada Aplikasi Mobile Visiting Jogja terkait pembatasan kegiatan pariwisata pada masa Pandemi COVID-19 dan mengidentifikasi pemanfaatan Aplikasi Mobile Visiting Jogja di kalangan masyarakat yang melakukan kegiatan wisata pada masa Pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui wawanara mendalam dengan empat informan yang ditentukan dengan teknik snowball sampling dan publikasi kuesioner online pada 100 responden yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data sekunder diperoleh dari studi literatur dan penjelajahan aplikasi dengan smartphone. Seluruh data tersebut dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Aplikasi Mobile Visiting Jogja menyediakan informasi dan membantu menerapkan 4 dari 8 protokol kesehatan berdasarkan KMK No. HK.01.07/MENKES/382/2020 melalui fitur yang dimilikinya. Pemanfaatan aplikasi oleh wisatawan masih rendah baik dari pengelolaan sistem maupun hasil survei. Oleh karena itu masih diperlukan branding mengenai Aplikasi Mobile Visiting Jogja kepada masyarakat.

COVID-19 Pandemic has caused reduction of tourist arrival, and thus it has resulted in crisis of tourism sector in Special Region of Yogyakarta. The government has implemented health protocols in accordance to KMK No. HK.01.07/MENKES/382/2020 as an effort to revive the tourism sector while minimizing the spread of COVID-19. The information regarding the regulation can be conveyed to the public by utilizing ICT, one of them is through application. Visiting Jogja Application is a Special Region of Yogyakarta tourism information portal managed by its Tourism Office. As one of applications providing tourism information, it also has role in supplying information of the health protocol. This study aimed to identify the provision of information on the Visiting Jogja Application regarding restrictions on tourism activities during the COVID-19 Pandemic and identify the use of the Visiting Jogja Application among people who carry out tourism activities during the COVID-19 Pandemic. This study used qualitative research methods. Primary data were collected through in-depth interviews with four informants who were determined by the snowball sampling technique and the publication of online questionnaires to 100 respondents who were determined by the purposive sampling technique. Secondary data were obtained from literature studies and browsing applications with smartphones. All of the data were analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results show that the Visiting Jogja Application provides information and helps implement 4 of the 8 health protocols based on KMK No. HK.01.07/MENKES/382/2020 through the features it has. Utilization of applications by tourists is still low both from system management and survey results. Therefore, branding is still needed regarding the Visiting Jogja Application to the public.
