Penelitian ini menganalisis lean manajemen informasi rantai pasok di perusahaan restoran cepat saji PT ABC Tbk. Penulis berharap dengan adanya penelitian ini perusahaan mendapatkan gambaran manajemen informasi yang telah ada saat ini dan pemborosan yang dapat terjadi sehingga dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi untuk perbaikan penerapan lean manajemen informasi rantai pasok yang dapat fleksibel dalam menghadapi disrupsi bisnis. Peneliti menggunakan diagram alir data untuk menggambarkan arus informasi saat ini. Kemudian dari diagram alir data penulis mengidentifikasi batasan dan hambatan yang terjadi dan implikasinya terhadap pemborosan yang bisa terjadi. Selanjutnya, permasalahan dan implikasi pemborosannya dikelompokan menjadi empat kelompok tipe pemborosan yaitu flow excess, flow demand, failure demand dan flawed flow. Pada tahap terakhir untuk menemukan akar permasalahan menggunakan diagram fishbone sebagai dasar memberikan saran kepada perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian penulis, terdapat batasan dan hambatan pada lean manajemen informasi rantai pasok di perusahaan restoran cepat saji PT ABC Tbk. Akar permasalahan utama mengarah kepada sistem teknologi yang digunakan perusahaan sebagai sumber informasi utama tidak sepenuhnya menunjang aktivitas sistem informasi rantai pasok, ditambah aktor yang terlibat di dalamnya sudah terbiasa dengan situasi ini dan manajemen level atas belum sepenuhnya memberikan dukungan terhadap manajemen informasi rantai pasok.

This study analyzes the supply chain lean information management in the fastfood restaurant company PT ABC Tbk. The researcher hopes that with this research the company will get an overview of the existing management information and the waste that can occur so that it can be used as an evaluation material for improving the implementation of supply chain lean information management that can be flexible in the face of business disruption. Researcher use data flow diagrams to describe the current flow of information. Then from the data flow diagram the researcher identifies the limitations and barrier that occur and their implication for the waste that can occur. Furthermore, the problems bariers of waste are grouped into four types of waste, namely excess flow, demand flow, failure demand and flawed flow. In the last stage, to find the root of the problem using a fishbone diagram as basis for providing advice to the company. Based on the results of the research, there are limitations and barriers to the supply chain lean information management in the fast-food restaurant company PT ABC Tbk. The root of the main problem leads to the technology system used by the company as the main source of information that does not fully support supply chain information system activities, plus the actors involved are already familiar with this situation and top management has not fully provided support for supply chain information management.
