PT GD Indonesia merupakan pemasok terkemuka dunia asal Italia (Coesia Group) yang berada dalam Kawasan Industri Gresik (KIG). PT GD Indonesia mengalami peningkatan permintaan aktivitas produksi tembakau yang sangat tinggi sehingga diperlukan renovasi gedung agar dapat berfungsi secara maksimal. Renovasi tersebut dilaksanakan karena beban struktur yang ada kurang mampu menahan berat mesin. Proyek ini diperkirakan menghabiskan dana sebesar Rp 4.546.100.000,- dan akan selesai dalam jangka waktu 16 minggu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi hasil kinerja proyek renovasi gedung PT GD Indonesia apakah mengalami keterlambatan, percepatan, atau sesuai dengan rencana dan menentukan rekomendasi penyelesaian yang dapat dilakukan dari hasil analisis dengan menggunakan Metode Nilai Hasil (Earned Value Method). Setelah dianalisis, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil evaluasi kinerja proyek renovasi gedung PT GD Indonesia mengalami keterlambatan. Rekomendasi penyelesaian yang dapat dilakukan dari hasil renovasi gedung PT GD Indonesia meliputi nilai BAC (Budget At Completion) sebesar Rp 4.546.100.000,-, ETC (Estimate To Completion) sebesar Rp 2.634.142.212,-, dan EAC (Estimate At Completion) sebesar Rp 3.628.744.902,-.

GD Indonesia Company is an Italian (Coesia Group) which stands for the main supplier within Gresik Industrial Area (KIG). GD Indonesia Company had increased its high demand for the tobacco production activity so that the company should renovate the building for having a better and producing the best quality products of tobacco. The renovation is done due to the lack of structural load that cannot withstand the weight of the machine. This project cost is estimated at IDR 4.546.1 billion and also the deadline of the project should be accomplished in 16 weeks. This study aimed to evaluate the result of the project performance in GD Indonesia building renovation whether or not the building was delayed, getting acceleration, or in accordance to the plan and determined the completion recommendation that could be formulated from the results of the analysis by using Earned Value Method. The result showed that the project performance evaluation in GD Indonesia Company turned out delayed. The completion recommendation that could be done from the building renovating result to GD Indonesia Company included the value of BAC or Budget At Completion for IDR 4.546.1 billion, ETC or Estimate To Completion for IDR 2.634.142.212, and EAC or Estimate At Completion for IDR 3.628.744.902.
