Perancangan User Interface Aplikasi Pendaftaran Pasien Online Terintegrasi Berbasis Mobile

Latar Belakang: Pendaftaran pasien merupakan proses registrasi yang perlu dilakukan oleh pasien sebelum mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan pada suatu rumah sakit. Pendaftaran pasien secara online lebih efektif dan efisien dibandingkan pendaftaran pasien secara manual yang biasanya memakan waktu lama untuk mengantri di loket pendaftaran rumah sakit. Namun masih terdapat kelemahan dari sistem pendaftaran online yang ada saat ini, yaitu aplikasi pendaftaran pasien yang ada hanya terintegrasi pada satu SIMRS sehingga hanya dapat digunakan pada satu sarana pelayanan kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi pendaftaran pasien yang terintegrasi dengan beberapa SIMRS yang ada, sehingga dengan aplikasi tersebut pasien dapat memilih dan melakukan pendaftaran ke rumah sakit yang diinginkan. Tujuan: Merancang user interface aplikasi pendaftaran pasien online terintegrasi yang dapat memudahkan pasien untuk melakukan pendaftaran ke rumah sakit yang dituju menggunakan perangkat smartphone. Metode: Perancangan UI aplikasi pendaftaran pasien online terintegrasi menggunakan metode User-Centered Design (UCD). Metode evaluasi hasil rancangan menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil: Hasil perancangan berupa desain proses menggunakan pemodelan Unified Modelling Language (UML), desain basis data dengan Entity Relation Diagram (ERD) dan tabel relasi, user interface dengan prototype aplikasi menggunakan design tool Figma dan hasil evaluasi rancangan dari segi usability dengan System Usability Scale (SUS). Kesimpulan: Nilai evaluasi atas desain aplikasi pendaftaran pasien online terintegrasi dari segi usability aplikasi di atas rata-rata yaitu 84,3, sehingga dapat disimpulkan sistem yang telah dirancang tergolong baik.

Background: Patient registration is a registration process that needs to be done by patients before getting health services at a hospital. Online patient registration is more effective and efficient than manual patient registration which usually takes a long time to queue at hospital registration counters. However, there are still shortcomings of the current online registration system, namely the existing patient registration application is only integrated in one SIMRS so that it can only be used in one health service facility. Therefore, we need a patient registration application that is integrated with several existing SIMRS, so that with this application patients can choose and register to the desired hospital. Purpose: To design an integrated online patient registration application user interface that can make it easier for patients to register with the intended hospital using a smartphone. Methods: UI design of an integrated online patient registration application using the User-Centered Design (UCD) method. The method of evaluating the design results uses the System Usability Scale (SUS). Results: The design results are in the form of process design using Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling, database design with Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and relation tables, user interface with application prototype using Figma design tool and design evaluation results in terms of usability with System Usability Scale (SUS). Conclusion: The evaluation value of the integrated online patient registration application design in terms of application usability is 84,3 above the average, so it can be concluded that the system that has been designed is classified as good.
