PERANCANGAN DESAIN USER INTERFACE APLIKASI MOBILE PEMBELAJARAN ICD-10 TERKAIT CEDERA DAN EXTERNAL CAUSES

Latar Belakang : External cause merupakan materi coding yang sulit dipahami oleh mahasiswa. Hal tersebut didasarkan pada hasil wawancara kepada mahasiswa Rekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan. Keakuratan kode external cause juga sangat penting karena berpengaruh pada klaim asuransi kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, perancang ingin merancang desain user interface aplikasi pembelajaran ICD-10 bab cedera dan external cause berbasis aplikasi mobile. Tujuan : Tujuan dari perancangan ini adalah menghasilkan desain user interface aplikasi pembelajaran ICD-10 terkait cedera dan external cause yang dapat memudahkan mahasiswa, dosen, atau perekam medis dalam mempelajari materi tersebut. Metode : Perancangan aplikasi pembelajaran ini menggunakan metode waterfall model dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, dan evaluasi. Hasil : Hasil perancangan berupa analisis kebutuhan, rancangan Unified Modelling Language yang terdiri dari use case diagram dan activity diagram, serta rancangan desain user interface. Hasil perancangan telah dilakukan proses evaluasi kepada enam orang informan telah disetujui namun mendapat beberapa saran. Kesimpulan : Perancangan aplikasi ini telah sesuai dengan analisis kebutuhan pengguna. Untuk perancangan selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mengembangkan aplikasi pembelajaran ini sehingga dapat digunakan secara langsung oleh pengguna. Background : External cause is coding material that is difficult for students to understand. This is based on the results of interviews with students of Medical Records and Health Information. The accuracy of the external cause code is also very important because it affects health insurance claims. Therefore, the designer wants to design a user interface design for the ICD-10 learning application chapter on injuries and external causes based on a mobile application. Objective : The purpose of this design is to produce a user interface design for ICD-10 learning applications related to injuries and external causes that can facilitate students, lecturers, or medical recorders in studying the material. Method : The design of this learning application uses the waterfall model method with stages of needs analysis, design, and evaluation. Results : The results of the design are in the form of needs analysis, Unified Modeling Language design which consists of use case diagrams and activity diagrams, and user interface design designs. The results of the design have been evaluated by six informants who have been approved but received some suggestions. Conclusion: The design of this application has been in accordance with the analysis of user needs. For further design, it is expected to develop this learning application so that it can be used directly by users. Keywords: Learning application, injury, external cause, design.
