PENAKSIRAN NILAI EKONOMI WISATA HUTAN PINUS LIMPAKUWUS DI KABUPATEN BANYUMAS DENGAN METODE BIAYA PERJALANAN

Wisata Hutan Pinus Limpakuwus merupakan salah satu bentuk pemanfaatan jasa lingkungan berbasis ekowisata. Layanan fasilitas yang ditawarkan wisata ini menimbulkan pengalaman dan kepuasan berwisata, Hal tersebut menjadi dasar keputusan berkunjung dengan kesediaan pengeluaran biaya perjalanan oleh wisatawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menaksir nilai ekonomi dengan metode biaya perjalanan (travel cost method) dan menaksir gambaran pendapatan yang diperkirakan (expected revenue) objek Wisata Hutan Pinus Limpakuwus. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan data yang dilakukan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuisioner terhadap 100 responden yaitu pengunjung Hutan Pinus Limpakuwus pada bulan Desember 2020 dengan metode accidental sampling. Penaksiran nilai ekonomi menggunakan metode biaya perjalanan (travel cost method) dengan pendekatan model situs tunggal (single site) dan didasarkan pada zona asal wisatawan. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis biaya perjalanan. Nilai ekonomi Wisata Hutan Pinus Limpakuwus ditaksir sebesar Rp8.089.783.684,00 per tahun dengan nilai surplus konsumen sebesar Rp7.936.088.419,00 per tahun. Perkiraan penerimaan pendapatan (expected revenue) pada harga tiket Rp15.000,00 menghasilkan Rp1.524.031.955,00 dengan jumlah pengunjung sebanyak 101.602 orang. Jumlah pengunjung tersebut lebih rendah 15% daripada jumlah kunjungan pada tahun 2019. Penerimaan pendapatan dapat ditingkatkan sampai dengan harga tiket sebesar Rp66.000,00 untuk mencapai penerimaan maksimum. Penerapan harga tersebut ditaksir penerimaan pendapatan sejumlah Rp3.347.508.012,00 per tahun dengan nilai surplus konsumen sebesar Rp5.943.616.078,00. Terdapat kenaikan pendapatan 120% dari pendapatan pada harga tiket yang berlaku saat ini.

Limpakuwus Pine Forest Tourism is an ecotourism-based environmental services. This tour facility offers experience and joy, thus it is the reason for visiting and spending of travel cost for tourists. This research aims to estimate the economic value using the travel cost method and estimate the expected revenue at the Limpakuwus Pine Forest Tourism. This is a descriptive quantitative research. The data collection technique is observation, interview, documentation, and literature study. Questionnaires will be distributed using the accidental sampling method to 100 Limpakuwus Pine Forest visitors in December 2020 as the respondents. Estimating economic value using the travel cost method with a single site model approach and the tourists origin area. The analysis used is descriptive quantitative analysis and travel cost analysis. The economic value of Limpakuwus Pine Forest Tourism is estimated at Rp8.089.783.684,00 per year with a consumer surplus value of Rp7.936.088.419,00 per year. The expected revenue of the ticket price Rp15.000,00 resulted in Rp1.524.031.955,00 from 101.602 visitors. The number of visitors in 2020 is 15% less than in 2019. Ticket revenue can be increased up to Rp66.000,00 to reach the maximum revenue. This price has an estimated revenue of Rp3.347.508.012,00 per year with a consumer surplus value of Rp Rp5.943.616.078,00. There is a 120% revenue increase from the current ticket price.
