IMPLEMENTASI BALANCE SCORECARD DALAM PENGUKURAN KINERJA PG. JATIROTO - PT. PERKEBUNAN NUSANTARA XI

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil pengukuran kinerja PG Jatiroto dengan menggunakan metode Balance Scorecard dan alternatif strategi pengembangan pada PG Jatiroto. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Alat analisis data menggunakan metode Pairwise Comparison dan Balanced Scorecard dan analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Treat). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kinerja PG Jatiroto yang diukur dari kinerja perspektif: keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, dan pertumbuhan & pembelajaran termasuk kategori sehat (AA) dengan total skor mencapai 82,76%. Target sasaran strategis perspektif Proses Bisnis Internal menunjukkan perlu terus dilakukan peningkatan sebagai faktor penentu untuk pencapaian keberhasilan sasaran strategis perspektif pelanggan dan keuangan. Alternatif strategi pengembangan pada PG Jatiroto adalah strategi agresif, yaitu mengoptimalkan produktivitas tebu dari lahan HGU, mengoptimalkan kinerja dan kapasitas peralatan-peralatan baru yang dimiliki, meningkatkan program kemitraan dengan petani tebu dengan lebih baik, terus melaksanakan program pengolahan raw sugar, melakukan program pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang unggul dan efektif serta menerapkan teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan pelayanan kepada stakeholder untuk meningkatkan daya saing.

The purpose of this study is to determine the results of performance measurement using the balanced scorecard method and alternative development strategies at PG Jatiroto. The sampling method was purposive sampling. Data analysis tools were Pairwise Comparison and Balanced Scorecard methods and SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat) analysis. The results showed that the performance level of PG Jatiroto, which was measured from the perspective of finance, customers, internal business processes, and growth and learning, was in the healthy category (AA) with a total score of 82,76%. Internal business process perspective strategic targets indicate the need for continuous improvement as a determining factor in achieving the success of strategic objectives for the customer and financial perspective. The alternative development strategy at PG Jatiroto is aggressive strategy, namely: optimizing the productivity of sugarcane from land with Cultivation Rights Title (factory land), optimizing the performance and capacity of new equipment owned, improving partnership programs with sugarcane farmers, continuing to processing raw sugar, carrying out programs development of superior and effective human resources (HR), and applying information technology to increase productivity and services to stakeholders to increase competitiveness
