PENILAIAN BUS PARIWISATA PT. BDW UNTUK TUJUAN PENJAMINAN UTANG

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi nilai pasar atas aset yang dijaminkan oleh PT.BDW. Nilai pasar atas aset yang dijaminkan sangat dibutuhkan oleh pihak perbankan dalam menentukan besaran dana yang akan disalurkan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan pasar dan pendekatan biaya. Hasil analisis dua pendekatan tersebut kemudian dilakukan rekonsiliasi untuk mendapatkan kesimpulan akhir atas nilai pasar bus pariwisata. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian terhadap tujuh bus pariwisata milik PT.BDW, diperoleh total nilai pasar sebesar Rp8.085.000.000.

This study aims to estimate the market value of the assets guaranteed by PT.BDW. The market value of the pledged asset is very much needed by the banking sector in determining the amount of funds to be distributed. The perspective used in this research is a market approach and a cost approach. The results of the analysis of the two approaches are then carried out reconciliation to get a final conclusion on the market value of the tourism bus. Based on the results of the assessment of the seven tourist buses owned by PT.BDW, the total market value was IDR 8,085,000,000.
