STUDI KASUS EFEKTIVITAS MANAJEMEN PERUBAHAN DI PT. XYZ

Peningkatan tekanan tersebut disebabkan oleh perubahan harga minyak di industri yang kemudian mendorong perubahan internal pada service deliverable. Peneliti mencoba mengevaluasi inisiatif manajemen perubahan dengan mengubah model operasional menjadi manajemen proyek, mengubah struktur organisasi, dan melakukan rekayasa ulang proses bisnis di PT. XYZ menggunakan model Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement (ADKAR). Penelitian ini mengadopsi model ADKAR, dengan tujuan untuk melaporkan efektivitas manajemen perubahan di perusahaan dengan cara membandingkan perspektif pekerja pada masing-masing variabel dan melihat kekuatan hubungan masing-masing variabel dalam model ADKAR.
The oil and gas service sector continues to come under pressure to improve its processes, methods, and technology. Increased pressure was due to changes in oil prices in the industry which then prompted internal changes in service deliverables. Researchers try to evaluate change management initiatives by transforming operational models into project management, changing organizational structures, and carrying out business process reengineering at PT. XYZ using the Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement (ADKAR) model. This study adopts the ADKAR model, in order to report the effectiveness of change management in the company by comparing the perspective of workers on each variable and seeing the strength of the relationship of each variable in the ADKAR model.
