ANALISIS AKTIVITAS PADA RANTAI PASOK PERUSAHAAN UNTUK MENCAPAI EFISIENSI PRODUKSI (STUDI PADA PT. ASELI DAGADU DJOKDJA)

Penelitian tesis ini dilakukan untuk dapat memberikan gambaran menyeluruh terkait rantai pasok pada proses produksi kaos di PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja (PT. ADD). Selanjutnya, dilakukan analisis pada aktivitas dalam proses produksi PT. ADD tersebut, menggunakan metode Activity Based Costing (ABC) dan metode Business Process Orientation (BPO) dengan pendekatan Maturity Model. Tujuan dari tesis ini adalah untuk menyusun rekomendasi perbaikan pada model integrasi rantai pasok pada PT. ADD agar dapat mencapai tingkat efisiensi yang optimum. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan menggunakan metode ABC, menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas pengiriman produk jadi dari gudang ke gerai penjualan perusahaan memiliki cost driver terbesar yaitu sebesar Rp 1.785,00. Nilai cost driver pada aktivitas pengiriman produk tersebut juga masih lebih besar dari rata-rata cost driver untuk 5 aktivitas yang terdapat pada proses produksi kaos di PT. ADD, yakni Rp 1.376,00. Besarnya nilai cost driver pada aktivitas pengiriman, memberikan indikasi adanya inefisiensi pada aktivitas tersebut. Rekomendasi model integrasi supply chain pada PT. ADD adalah dengan melakukan penyederhanaan aktivitas pada proses produksi yang dilakukan. Dalam konteks aktivitas pengiriman produk tersebut, perusahaan disarankan untuk memberikan tanggung jawab secara penuh kepada divisi produksi. Penghilangan tumpang tindih tanggung jawab yang saat ini masih terjadi di internal perusahaan, khususnya dalam kegiatan pengiriman produk, antara Divisi Produksi dan Divisi HRGA, terbukti menimbulkan pemborosan bagi perusahaan.

This thesis research was conducted to provide a comprehensive picture regarding the supply chain in the t-shirt production process at PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja (PT. ADD). Furthermore, an analysis of the activities in the production process of PT. ADD, using the Activity Based Costing (ABC) method and the Business Process Orientation (BPO) method with the Maturity Model approach. The purpose of this thesis is to prepare recommendations for improvements to the supply chain integration model at PT. ADD in order to achieve an optimal level of efficiency. Based on the results of the analysis using the ABC method, it shows that the activity of sending finished products from the warehouse to the company's sales outlets has the largest cost driver, namely Rp. 1,785.00. The value of the cost driver in product delivery activities is also still greater than the average cost driver for 5 activities. contained in the t-shirt production process at PT. ADD, which is IDR 1,376.00. The large value of the cost driver in the delivery activity indicates an inefficiency in that activity. Recommended supply chain integration model at PT. ADD is by simplifying activities in the production process being carried out. In the context of the product delivery activity, the company gives full responsibility to the production division. The elimination of overlapping responsibilities that currently still occur within the company, especially in product delivery activities, between the production division and the HRGA division, has proven to be wasteful for the company.
