Analisis Tingkat Persediaan Produk Avtur Pada Rantai Pasok Hilir PT Pertamina (Persero)

Penelitian ini berfokus tingkat persediaan produk Avtur pada rantai pasok PT Pertamina (Persero), sebagai Badan Usaha Milik Negara yang bertugas dalam menyediakan bahan bakar bagi seluruh masyarakat Indonesia. Avtur merupakan bahan bakar pesawat terbang. Hampir seluruh produk Pertamina diproduksikan oleh kilang, sehingga kilang merupakan sumber pasokan utama. Selain itu, sebagian besar moda transportasi yang digunakan untuk memasok produk � produk Pertamina melalui transportasi laut (menggunakan kapal tanker). Dengan kompleksitas jalur distribusi, variabilitas pasokan dan permintaan, menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi Pertamina dalam menjaga stabilitas layanan terhadap konsumen. Oleh karena itu, tingkat persediaan merupakan sesuatu hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan tingkat persediaan produk Avtur yang ideal dan pengelolaan persediaan produk Avtur di era New Normal. Dalam rangka mengatasi permasalahan tingkat persediaan produk Avtur, pendekatan yang digunakan adalah model probabilistik. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan model probabilistik, penentuan stok minimum produk Avtur yang dengan mempertimbangkan variabilitas pasokan dan permintaan (service level 95%) adalah sebesar 257.000 kiloliter. Selanjutnya, dilakukan penyusunan alternatif skenario terkait pengelolaan stok produk Avtur melalui forum group discussion. Terdapat dua alternatif skenario yang diperoleh yaitu skenario pertama melakukan ekspor dan skenario kedua menggunakan floating storage. Melalui skenario pertama diperoleh potensi revenue perusahaan sejumlah USD 162,9 juta. Sedangkan melalui skenario kedua diperoleh potensi revenue perusahaan sejumlah USD 160,1 juta. Dengan demikian, setelah dilakukan analisis diperoleh hasil bahwa skenario pertama merupakan potensi alternatif yang paling efisien dan feasible terkait pengelolaan stok produk Avtur untuk diterapkan oleh perusahaan.

This study focuses on the inventory level of Avtur products in the supply chain of PT Pertamina (Persero), as a State-Owned Enterprise whose task is to provide fuel for all Indonesians. Almost of all Pertamina's products are produced by refineries, so refineries are the main source of supply. In addition, most of the modes of transportation used to supply Pertamina products are through sea transportation (using tankers). With the complexity of distribution channels, variability of supply and demand, those are challenges for Pertamina in maintaining service stability to consumers. Therefore, the level of inventory is very important. The purpose of this research is to determine the ideal avtur product inventory level and management of avtur product inventory in the New Normal era. Due to solving the inventory level problem, the approach is used by probabilistic model. Based on the results of the calculation, the determination of the minimum stock of Avtur products by considering the variability of supply and demand (service level 95%) is 257,000 kiloliters. Furthermore, the preparation of alternative scenarios related to the management of Avtur product stocks through a group discussion forum. There are two alternative scenarios obtained, first alternative is exporting and second alternative is using floating storage. Through the first scenario, the company's potential revenue is obtained in the amount of 162.9 million dollars. Meanwhile, through the second scenario, the company's potential revenue is obtained about 160.1 million dollars. Thus, after the analysis is carried out, the results show that the first scenario is the most efficient and feasible alternative potential related to Avtur product stock management to be implemented by the company.
