ANALISIS PROSES DESAIN GAMBAR KONSTRUKSI DENGAN PENDEKATAN LEAN MANUFACTURING PT WIKA GEDUNG, TBK

PT Wika Gedung, Tbk merupakan anak usaha BUMN konstruksi PT Wijaya Karya (Persero),Tbk yang bergerak di bidang penyedia jasa konstruksi (kontraktor) bangunan gedung. PT Wika Gedung, Tbk semakin banyak mengerjakan proyek-proyek besar dan kompleks serta memiliki tantangan utama yang dihadapi dalam hal produktivitas, kinerja, kualitas, serta ketepatan waktu dari suatu proyek. Salah satu permasalahan yang terjadi adalah dalam proses desain gambar konstruksi terjadi pemborosan yang terjadi pada aktivitas perencanaan pada fase lelang. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pemetaan proses produksi perusahaan pada fase perencanaan desain gambar konstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pemborosan utama yang terjadi pada proses desain gambar konstruksi berdasarkan pendekatan konsep lean manufacturing, mengetahui penyebab terjadinya waste, serta mengusulkan perbaikan. Dalam menganalisis serta memahami aktivitas-aktivitas produksi menggunakan alat bantu value stream mapping. Pemborosan yang terjadi diidentifikasi dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan metoda Borda. Kemudian pemborosan tersebut diolah dengan value stream analysis tools untuk memilih tools yang tepat dalam memetakan waste lalu dianalisis statistik untuk pemilihan mapping tools menggunakan metoda Pareto serta diagram fishbone untuk mencari penyebab pemborosan yang terjadi. Waste dominan yang terjadi pada proses desain gambar konstruksi adalah defects dan waiting, dengan bobot waste yang diperoleh pada defects sebesar 0,252 dan waiting sebesar 0,224. Penyebab dominan pemborosan defects adalah berasal dari kategori mesin dan metoda, sedangkan penyebab dominan pemborosan waiting adalah berasal dari kategori manusia dan mesin. Oleh karena itu disarankan pada pemborosan defects melakukan pembaharuan alat bantu dan metoda desain, sedangkan pada pemborosan waiting disarankan untuk menyeragamkan spesifikasi alat bantu hardware dan menyeragamkan kompetensi dari sumber daya manusia pada proses desain gambar konstruksi.

PT Wika Gedung, Tbk is a subsidiary of state-owned construction company PT Wijaya Karya (Persero), Tbk which is engaged in providing construction services (contractors). PT Wika Gedung, Tbk is increasingly working on large and complex projects and has major challenges in terms of productivity, performance, quality, and timeliness of a project. One of the problems that occurs is in the construction drawing design process there is a waste that occurs in planning activities during the tender phase. Therefore it is necessary to mapping the company's production process in the planning phase of the construction drawing design. This study aims to identify the main waste that occurs in the construction drawing design process based on the lean manufacturing concept approach, determine the causes of waste, and propose improvements. In analyzing and understanding production activities using Value stream mapping tools that can be used to understand the production process in general. The waste that occurs is identified using a questionnaire and the Borda method. Then the waste is processed with value stream analysis tools to select the right tools for mapping waste and then statistically analyzed in selecting mapping tools using the Pareto method and fishbone diagram to find the root cause of the waste that occurs.The dominant waste that occurs in the construction drawing design process is defects and waiting, with the weight of waste obtained in the defects of 0.252 and waiting of 0.224. The dominant cause of waste in defects comes from the categories of machines and methods, while the dominant cause of waste in waiting comes from the categories of humans and machines. Therefore, it is suggested that defects waste to update the tools and design methods, while waiting waste is suggested to uniform the hardware assistive specifications and uniform the competence of human resources in the construction drawing design process.
