PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PERUSAHAAN BARANG KONSUMSI YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PADA TAHUN 2017-2019

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah profitabilitas yang diwakili dua rasio yang terdiri dari Return on Assets (ROA) dan Return on Equity (ROE) berpengaruh terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sektor barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2017-2019. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan sektor konstruksi khususnya bidang properti yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2010-2013. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang didapat dari situs Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa ROA tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham sedangkan ROE memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap harga saham.

This study aims to analyze whether the profitability represented by two ratios consisting of Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) has an effect on stock prices in consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The population of this research is construction sector companies, especially in the property sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2013. The sample of this study used purposive sampling. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that ROA has no effect on stock prices while ROE has a positive effect on stock prices.
