MODEL PARIWISATA BERKELANJUTAN DALAM PENGELOLAAN DESA WISATA DIENG KULON

Aktivitas pariwisata di Indonesia setiap tahun berkembang. Dewasa ini beberapa aktivitas pariwisata di Indonesia menerapkan konsep pariwisata berkelanjutan, begitu juga di Desa Dieng Kulon. Pengembangan dan pembangunan fasilitas pariwisata didukung oleh pemerintah. Tujuan penelitian ini mengembangkan model pariwisata berkelanjutan yang dapat diterapkan di Desa Dieng Kulon. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Proses pengambilan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pelaksanaan paririwsata di Desa Dieng Kulon belum memenuhi prinsip-prinsip pariwisata berkelanjutan yaitu ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan. Prinsip ekonomi terkait dengan pemberdayaan masyarakat dan pembentuk kelompok usaha baru. Asepk sosial berkaitan dengan penyediaan lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat. Kemudian Aspek lingkungan berkaitan dengan pelestarian lingkungan. Namun pada sisi ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan ini belum ada pemerataan baik. Ditemukan masalah ekonomi terkait pemerataan penghasilan, belum baiknya komunikasi pelaku sektor pertanian dan pariwisata, dan persoalan lahan kritis serta degradasi lahan Kawasan Dieng. Peneliti membuat Model pariwisata berkelanjutan dan implementasi Community Based Tourism untuk memberikan mengembangkan pariwisata Dieng Kulon kedepan. Tentunya didukung dengan implementasi pada seluruh elemen masyarakat dan pemerintah.

Tourism activities in Indonesia develop each year. Today some tourism activities in Indonesia apply the concept of sustainable tourism, as well as in the Dieng Kulon Village. The development and construction of tourism facilities are supported by the government. The purpose of this study is to develop a sustainable tourism model that can be applied in Dieng Kulon Village. This research is qualitative. The method used is a case study. The process of data retrieval is done by observation, interview, and documentation study The results of the study note that the implementation of tourism in Dieng Kulon Village has not met the principles of sustainable tourism, namely economic, social, and environmental. Economic principles are related to community empowerment and the formation of new business groups. Social aspects are related to employing the community. Then the environmental aspects related to environmental conservation. But on the economic, social, and environmental sides, there is no good equity. Found economic problems related to income distribution, not good communication between actors in agriculture and tourism, and the problem of critical land and land degradation in the Dieng Region. The researcher made a model of sustainable tourism and the application of Community Based Tourism to provide future development of Dieng Kulon tourism. Surely supported by the implementation of all elements of society and government.
