Tugas akhir ini menjelaskan tentang pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif di Bidang Perekonomian BAPPEDA DIY. Dalam tugas akhir ini dijelaskan tentang tahapan pengolahan arsip inaktif mulai dari pemilahan, pengelompokkan arsip, deskripsi arsip atau pembuatan daftar arsip, pembungkusan arsip, penomoran arsip, penataan arsip ke dalam boks, pemberian label, hingga penyimpanan arsip. Memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif, sarana prasarana dan kendala yang dihadapi di Bidang Perekonomian BAPPEDA DIY. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan tugas akhir di antaranya melalui observasi partisipasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Dalam pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Lapangan observasi partisipasi dilakukan pengamatan langsung terhadap pengolahan arsip inaktif di Bidang Perekonomian BAPPEDA DIY. Wawancara bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang lebih lengkap dari pihak yang mengolah arsip dan studi literatur yaitu untuk mengumpulkan data dari literatur-literatur yang relevan dengan topik kajian. Menurut analisis data yang didapatkan, penataan arsip inaktif di Bappeda dimulai dari tahap pemilahan, pengelompokan berdasarkan subjek dan kronologis, pendeskripsian dan pembuatan daftar arsip. Kendala yang ditemui adalah ruang record center yang terbatas dan tidak memiliki alat pendingin. Hal itu menunjukkan apresiasi terhadap arsip masih rendah. Sehingga saran yang diberikan adalah penyusutan sesuai jadwal, penambahan sumber daya dan sosialisasi sistem kearsipan.

This final paper describes the processing of inactive dynamic record in the Bidang Perekonomian BAPPEDA DIY. In this final paper the stages of inactive archive processing are explained starting from sorting, grouping archive, describing archives or making a lists of archives, wrapping of archives, numbering archives, organizing records into boxes, labeling and storing archives. It has the objective to find out the process of inactive dynamic archive processing, infrastructure, and the obstacles faced in the Bidang Perekonomian BAPPEDA DIY. The methods used in writing the final paper include observation of participation, interviews and literature studies. In the implementation of fieldwork practices observation of participation is carried out direct observation of the processing of inactive records in the Bidang Perekonomian BAPPEDA DIY. The interview aims to obtain more complete information from those who process the archive and literature studies namely to collect data from the literature relevant to the topic of study. According to the analysis of the data obtained, the arrangement of inactive records in Bappeda starts from the sorting, grouping based on the subject and chronology, describing and making a list of records. Constraints encountered were limited record center space and no cooling equipment. This shows a low appreciation of the archives. So this study suggests to make depreciation according to schedule, the addition of expert in the field of records and the socialization of the filing system.
