Pengembangan Prototipe Sistem Informasi Klaim Asuransi Dengan Implementasi Paperless Office : Proses Desain dan Implementasi Antarmuka Sistem Informasi Klaim Asuransi

Proyek Capstone ini berfokus pada pengembangan pengelolaan klaim asuransi stok barang di perusahaan manufaktur yang menggunakan dokumen Microsoft Excel dan belum tersimpan secara terpusat serta belum memiliki alur yang sesuai dengan proses klaim yang ada. Oleh karena itu kami membuat sistem informasi klaim asuransi yang menerapkan konsep Paperless Office dengan menggunakan platform Website dimana dokumen-dokumen klaim dikumpulkan pada aplikasi dengan alur yang sesuai dengan proses klaim yang berjalan sehingga proses klaim asuransi terdokumentasi dengan baik dan alur yang dilalui menjadi lebih terorganisasi. Sistem informasi ini menggunakan teknologi ASP .NET Web Forms 4.5.2 dengan bahasa pemrograman C#. Sistem informasi ini dapat diakses melalui jaringan internet menggunakan web browser. Agar dapat diakses melalui internet, sistem informasi di-deploy pada platform Azure yang berjalan pada layanan Azure App Service serta menggunakan layanan Azure SQL Server sebagai database. Frontend sistem informasi ini menggunakan Template Bootstrap AdminLTE yang digunakan pada proyek yang sedang berjalan agar template tampilan tidak jauh berbeda dari proyek yang sudah ada. Pada tahap desain sistem informasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan layanan Figma. Selanjutnya desain yang telah dibuat di implementasikan dengan menggunakan HTML (HyperText Markup Language) dan CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) dan kemudian diintegrasikan pada Web Forms sebagai halaman ASPX (Active Server Page Extended). Sistem Informasi ini memiliki 6 role, yaitu Admin, FBP (Finance Business Partner), Treasury, QC (Quality Control), AON (Perantara Perusahaan Manufaktur dengan Perusahaan Asuransi), dan Logistic Disposal. Setiap role memiliki hak akses yang berbeda-beda terhadap tampilan dan fungsional sistem. Dalam implementasi sistem informasi ini memiliki beberapa perbedaan dengan desain yang sudah dibuat. Perbedaan yang ada lebih bersifat ke arah pengembangan sehingga perubahan yang ada berupa tampilan maupun fungsional tambahan. Pengujian yang dilakukan pada sistem informasi ini menggunakan jenis Integration Testing dengan metode Black box. Hasil yang didapat dari pengujian tersebut adalah semua fitur dan tampilan dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan fungsi yang seharusnya.

The Capstone project focuses on developing the management of inventory stock insurance claims in manufacturing companies that use Microsoft Excel documents and have not been centrally stored and do not yet have a flow that matches the existing claim process. Therefore, we created an insurance claim information system that applies the Paperless Office concept by using a Website platform where claim documents are collected on the application in a manner that is in line with the claim process that is running so that the insurance claim process is well documented and the path through which it becomes more organized. This information system uses ASP .NET Web Forms 4.5.2 technology with the C # programming language. This information system can be accessed through the internet using a web browser. In order to be accessed via the internet, information systems are deployed on the Azure platform that runs on the Azure App Service and uses the Azure SQL Server service as a database. This information system frontend uses the AdminLTE Bootstrap Template which is used on an ongoing project so that the display template is not much different from an existing project. At the information system design stage is done by using Figma services. Furthermore, the design that has been made is implemented using HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) and then integrated into Web Forms as ASPX (Active Server Page Extended) pages. This information system has 6 roles, namely Admin, FBP (Finance Business Partner), Treasury, QC (Quality Control), AON (Intermediary Manufacturing Company with Insurance Company), and Logistics Disposal. Each role has different access rights to the appearance and functional system. In the implementation of this information system has several differences with the designs that have been made. The differences are more towards development so that the changes in the form of appearance and additional functional. Tests carried out on this information system using the type of Integration Testing with the Black box method. The results obtained from these tests are all features and displays can run well in accordance with the functions that should be.
