Multi-Objective dan Multi-Product Order Allocation Dalam Pemilihan Supplier Untuk Minimasi Biaya dan Delivery Time

Apotek merupakan salah satu tempat untuk mendapatkan obat yang dibutuhkan sesuai dengan sakit yang diderita. Dalam menyediakan obat, apotek membutuhkan supplier. Perbedaan supplier yang digunakan tiap apotek menyebabkan perbedaan harga jual tiap obat, sehingga pemilihan supplier yang tepat menjadi salah satu kriteria utama. Dengan semakin berkembangnya penelitian, proses pemilihan supplier tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh harga yang murah, tetapi faktor lain seperti waktu pengiriman juga ikut dipertimbangkan. Aspek waktu pengiriman oleh supplier dipertimbangkan agar apotek dapat bersaing dalam kualitas pelayanan. Selain itu, persediaan obat yang baik juga merupakan faktor penting lainnya untuk memberikan kualitas pelayanan yang baik pada pelanggan, terutama ketika mengalami peningkatan penjualan. Penelitian ini membahas kasus multi-objective dan mutli-product order allocation pemilihan supplier pada salah satu apotek. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai pada penelitian ini adalah memodelkan permasalahan multi-objective dengan tujuan minimasi biaya dan delivery time dan menerapkan model tersebut pada kasus sederhana. Model pada permasalahan ini dirancang menggunakan metode goal programming dan diselesaikan dengan bantuan dari software What'sBest! versi 16.0.2.5. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model multi-objective dan multi-product order allocation yang memberikan dua alternatif solusi pemilihan supplier dan alokasi order dengan menggunakan metode reorder point serta kebijakan apotek dalam menentukan kuantitas order ketika kondisi penjualan mengalami peningkatan. Dan, pemilihan supplier dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan weights method dan preemptive method time priority. Kedua solusi memberikan total biaya dan delivery time yang baik daripada kondisi existing.

Pharmacy is one place to get the drugs needed in accordance with the illness. In providing medicine, a pharmacy needs a supplier. The difference in suppliers used by each pharmacy causes differences in selling prices of each drug, so choosing the right supplier is one of the main criteria. As research become more advanced, the process of selecting suppliers is not only influenced by low prices, but other factors such as delivery time are also taken into consideration. The aspect of delivery time by suppliers is considered so that pharmacies can compete in the quality of service. In addition, a good drug supply is also another important factor to provide good quality service to customers, especially when the sales have increased. This research discusses the case of multi-objective and multi-product order allocation in supplier selection at one pharmacy. The aim of this research is to model multi-objective problems with the aim of minimizing costs and delivery time and applying the model to simple case. The model for this problem was designed using goal programing method and solved with What'sBest! version 16.0.2.5. This research has generated a multi-objective and multi-product order allocation that can provide two alternative solution for supplier selection and order allocation using the reorder point method as well as the pharmacy policy in determining the order quantity when sales have increased. And, supplier selection can be done using the weights method and preemptive method time priority. Both solutions provide good total cost and delivery time than the existing conditions.
