Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam Tugas Akhir "Pemeriksaan dan Pengukuran Mesin Suzuki Karimun Estilo K-10 " adalah mengetahui kondisi setiap komponen-komponen mesin Suzuki Karimun Estilo K-10 B. Didalam mekanisme kerja mesin terdapat gaya gesek pada setiap komponen yang mempunyai umur pemakain. sehingga harus ada kesadaran oleh pemilik kendaraan dalam hal perawatan secara berkala untuk menjaga agar kinerja mesin tidak berkurang. Langkah-langkah penelitian dimulai dengan persiapan alat kerja,kemudian pemeriksaan dan pembongkaran komponen mesin pada engine trainer Suzuki Karimun Estilo K-10 B. Dilanjutkan dengan pembahsan hasil pengukuran komponen mesin dan kesimpulan penelitian. Dari hasil pemeriksaan dan pengukuran mesin menunjukan bahwa terdapat salah satu komponen ring piston yang melebihi batas standar celah ukuranya, kemudian sudah dilakukan pengantian komponen tersebut supaya mesin dapat bekerja secara optimal.

The objective to be achieved in the Final Project "Inspection and Measurement of the Suzuki Karimun Estilo K-10 B Machine" is to know the condition of each engine component of the Suzuki Karimun Estilo K-10 B. In the engine working mechanism there is a frictional force on each component which has a useful life . so there must be awareness by the vehicle owner in terms of periodic maintenance to keep the engine performance from reducing. The research steps begin with the preparation of work tools, then the inspection and disassembly of engine components in the Suzuki Karimun Estilo K-10 engine trainer. From the results of the inspection and measurement of the engine showed that there is one component of the piston ring that exceeds the standard limit of the measurement gap, then the components have been replaced so that the engine can work optimally.
