Wacana Siaran Podcast "Retropus": Kajian Pragmatik

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) unsur penyusun struktur wacana, (2) jenis, strategi, dan fungsi tindak tutur, serta (3) bentuk pematuhan dan pelanggaran prinsip-prinsip pragmatik dalam siaran podcast "Retropus". Data dalam penelitian ini berupa tuturan-tuturan kedua penyiar podcast "Retropus", yaitu Randi Arbiyantama dan Febri Ariyadi dalam empat belas episode siaran podcast yang diunggah pada periode April--November 2019. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode simak dengan teknik simak bebas libat cakap dan teknik catat. Setelah itu, data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode padan pragmatis dengan teknik pilah unsur penentu dan metode agih dengan teknik baca markah. Kemudian, hasil analisis data disajikan secara formal dan informal. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh tiga hasil. Pertama, unsur-unsur penyusun struktur wacana siaran podcast "Retropus" terbagi menjadi dua macam, yaitu (1) unsur wajib yang meliputi segmen pembuka, inti, dan penutup dan (2) unsur opsional yang meliputi segmen samsat dan segmen maruk. Kedua, dalam siaran podcast "Retropus", terdapat penggunaan tindak tutur dengan jenis, strategi penyampaian, dan fungsi yang beragam. Jenis tindak tutur dalam siaran podcast "Retropus" meliputi tindak lokusi, ilokusi, dan perlokusi. Strategi tindak tutur dalam siaran podcast "Retropus" meliputi strategi langsung literal, tidak langsung literal, dan langsung tidak literal. Fungsi tindak tutur dalam siaran podcast "Retropus" meliputi fungsi asertif, direktif, ekspresif, dan komisif. Ketiga, dalam siaran podcast "Retropus" prinsip-prinsip pragmatik tidak hanya dipatuhi, tetapi juga dilanggar. Pelanggaran prinsip-prinsip pragmatik ini meliputi pelanggaran terhadap maksim kuantitas, kualitas, relevansi, pelaksanaan, kebijaksanaan, kemurahan, penerimaan, kerendahan hati, dan kecocokan. Pelanggaran ini terjadi baik secara tidak sengaja maupun sengaja dengan maksud tertentu.

This research aims to describe (1) the components of the structure, (2) the types, strategies, and functions of speech acts, and (3) the application and violation of pragmatic principles in "Retropus" podcast. The data in this research are the speeches of the "Retropus" podcasters, Randi Arbiyantama and Febri Ariyadi in fourteen episodes of "Retropus" podcast that uploaded from April to November 2019. The data were collected by using observasion method with record's writing technique. After that, the data were analyzed by using padan pragmatis method with decisive element technique and agih method with mark reading technique. Then, the analysis results were presented formally and informally. From this research, three results were obtained. One, the elements of the "Retropus" podcast's discourse structure are divided into two types, (1) obligatory elements which include opening, main, and closing segments and (2) optional elements which include the Samsat segment and the Maruk segment. Second, in "Retropus" podcast, there are various uses of speech acts with different types, strategies, and functions. Types of speech acts in the "Retropus" podcast are locution, illocution, and perlocution. The speech act strategies in the "Retropus" podcast are direct literal, indirect literal, and indirect literal. The speech act functions in the "Retropus" podcast are are assertive, directive, expressive, and commissive. Third, in the "Retropus" podcast, pragmatic principles are not only applied, but also violated. The violations of pragmatic principles include the violations of maxim of quantity, maxim of quality, maxim of relevance, maxim of manner, maxim of tact, maxim of generosity, maxim of approbation, maxim of approbation, maxim of modesty, and maxim of agreement. These violations occurred either accidentally or intentionally with a specific purpose.
