Implementasi Sistem Informasi Geospasial Berbasis Web Untuk Menyajikan Potensi Pariwisata di Kabupaten Boyolali

Kabupaten Boyolali adalah salah satu kabupaten di Jawa Tengah yang dalam kurun waktu 5 tahun terakhir sedang melakukan pembangunan di berbagai sektor secara masif. Salah satu sektor yang berkembang pesat adalah sektor pariwisata. Kabupaten Boyolali memiliki potensi wisata yang bagus dan bervariasi baik wisata alam maupun buatan. Namun, kurangnya publikasi, promosi, minimnya informasi, dan belum adanya sarana informasi yang memadai mengenai pariwisata menyebabkan obyek wisata di Kabupaten Boyolali sepi pengunjung. Informasi yang disebar masih secara manual dari mulut ke mulut, brosur, poster, dan sarana statis lainnya. Sistem informasi pariwisata berbasis web dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif sarana untuk menyajikan informasi pariwisata di Kabupaten Boyolali. Sistem informasi pariwisata Kabupaten Boyolali berupa website dibangun dengan Web App Builder pada ArcGIS Online. Dalam pembangunan sistem informasi terdapat beberapa data yang digunakan, antara lain data fitur poligon wilayah administrasi desa dan kecamatan, data fitur titik obyek wisata, data foto obyek wisata, dan data atribut obyek wisata di Kabupaten Boyolali. Data tersebut diperoleh dari Badan Informasi Geospasial, internet dan volunteered GIS data. Dalam pembangunan website, diperlukan konversi data menjadi format shapefile dan ZIP dengan bantuan software ArcMap 10.3. dan WinRAR agar data tersebut dapat diunggah pada ArcGIS Online. Data yang telah diunggah ke ArcGIS Online kemudian diproses untuk pembuatan peta interaktif. Peta interaktif yang telah dibuat selanjutnya dimasukkan ke dalam Web App Builder pada ArcGIS Online untuk dibuat menjadi website. Website yang dihasilkan berupa peta interaktif yang menyajikan sebaran obyek-obyek wisata di Kabupaten Boyolali yang diklasifikasikan menjadi 3 jenis obyek wisata yaitu wisata air, wisata alam, dan wisata sejarah. Fitur obyek wisata dilengkapi dengan jendela pop-up untuk menampilkan data atribut, deskripsi dan foto dari obyek wisata. Selain itu, website dilengkapi dengan fitur tambahan atau widget yang berguna untuk menunjang penggunaan website seperti widget legenda, daftar layer, basemap, zoom tools, fulscreen, scalebar, dan coordinate. Fitur tersebut ditampilkan dengan ikon saat tidak aktif dan jendela pop-up saat diaktifkan. Hasil pengujian responsibility website menyatakan bahwa tampilan website responsif di berbagai web browser. Selain itu, hasil pengujian usability yang telah dilakukan oleh 20 responden menyatakan bahwa website cukup membantu apabila pengguna akan berwisata ke Kabupaten Boyolali.

Boyolali is one of the regencies in Central Java which in the last 5 years is doing development in various sectors in a massive way. One of the rapidly growing sectors is in the tourism sector. Boyolali has good tourism potential and varied both natural and artificial tourism. However, the lack of publication, promotion, poor information, and the absence of adequate information about tourism has caused tourism objects in Boyolali deserted visitors. Information disseminated is still manually word of mouth, brochures, posters, and other static means. The Web-based tourism information system can be one alternative means to present tourism information in Boyolali. Boyolali Tourism Information System is a website built with Web App Builder in ArcGIS Online. In the construction of information systems there are some data used, such as the data of polygons feature of village and Sub-regency administration features, data of Attraction Point feature, photo of tourist objects data, and attribute data of tourism objects in Boyolali. The data is obtained from the Geospatial Information Agency, the Internet, and volunteered GIS data. In website development, data conversion is needed into Shapefile and ZIP format with the help of ArcMap 10.3 software. and WinRAR so that the data can be uploaded to ArcGIS Online. Data that has been uploaded to ArcGIS Online is then processed for interactive map creation. The interactive maps that have been created are then incorporated into the Web App Builder on ArcGIS Online to be created into a website. The resulting website is an interactive map that serves the spread of tourism objects in the Boyolali regency which are classified into 3 types of tourism objects, such as water tourism, nature tourism, and historical tourism. The tourist attraction features a pop-up window to display attribute data, descriptions, and photographs of the attractions. Besides, the website comes with additional features or widgets to support the use of websites such as legend widgets, layer lists, base map, zoom tools, fullscreen, scalebar, and coordinate. The feature is displayed with an icon when inactive and a pop-up window when enabled. The results of website responsibility testing stated that the website display is responsive in various web browsers. Also, the results of usability testing that has been done by 20 respondents stated that the website is quite helpful when users will travel to the Boyolali.
