Hubungan Sikap dan Kesiapan Mahasiswa FK-KMK UGM dengan Kemampuan Komunikasi Interpersonal dalam Pelaksanaan Program CFHC-IPE

2020 | Skripsi | S1 KEDOKTERANINTISARI Latar Belakang : Kolaborasi pada setting klinis masing menjadi tantangan bagi tenaga kesehatan dikarenakan komunikasi yang tidak efektif dan ketidakseimbangan kekuasaan. Hal ini bertentangan dengan riset sebelumnya dengan hasil tingkat kesiapan IPE pada mahasiswa yang baik. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Sikap, dan Kesiapan dengan Kemampuan Komunikasi Interpersonal dalam program CFHC-IPE Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif korelatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan rancangan penelitian cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah 128 orang mahasiswa profesi program studi pendidikan dokter, ilmu keperawatan, dan Gizi Kesehatan FK-KMK UGM 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019. Data diambil dengan metode simple random sampling secara kuantitatif menggunakan kuisioner Readiness Interprofessional of Learning Scale (RIPLS) untuk sikap dan kesiapan terhadap IPE, kuisioner Interpersonal Communication Inventory (ICI), dan kuisioner Kesiapan dan Tingkat Kepuasan terhadap program CFHC-IPE. Hasil : Sebagian besar mahasiswa memiliki sikap dan kesiapan terhadap Interprofessional Education (IPE) baik yaitu 117 dari 128 responden (91%). Kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal mahasiswa mayoritas baik yaitu 84 orang dari 128 responden (66%). Terdapat perbedaan sikap dan kesiapan IPE yang signifikan antara mahasiswa tahun 2016, 2017, 2018, dan 2019. Terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara kesiapan mahasiswa 2016, 2017, 2018 dan 2019. Tidak terdapat hubungan antara sikap, dan kesiapan dengan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal dalam pembelajaran interprofesional dengan nilai p 0,0715 (p>0,05). Kesimpulan : Kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal dan kesiapan IPE mahasiswa FK-KMK UGM mayoritas berada dalam kategori cukup. Terdapat perbedaan kesiapan IPE antara mahasiswa FK-KMK UGM tahun angkatan 2016, 2017, 2018, dan 2019. Terdapat hubungan antara sikap dan kesiapan dengan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal mahasiswa profesi FK-KMK UGM.
Abstract Background : Collaboration of Health providers in clinical setting still faces challenges due to ineffective communication, and inequity in power. This is against the previous research that medical students have excellent readiness in interprofessional education. Objective : To identify the correlation of Attitude and Readiness with Interpersonal communication skill in CFHC-IPE program. Method : The method of this research is descriptive correlative with quantitave approach and cross-sectional design. The Amount of sample taken is 128 people from medical education program, nursing education program, and health and nutrition program ranging from year 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. The method of data collection is random sampling. The data is taken quantitatively by RIPLS questionnaire, ICI questionnaire, and questionnaire of readiness and satisfactory towards CFHC-IPE program. Result : Majority of FK-KMK UGM students have an excellent category score on RIPLS questionnaire. There are 117 out of 128 (91%) of the good RIPLS result. Interpersonal communication skill of majority FK-KMK UGM students is in excellent level. There are 84 out of 128 (66%) respondent. There is significant difference of Readiness and Attitude towards IPE between students year 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019. There is no significant difference of interpersonal communication is found between students year 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019. However there is no correlation between readiness and attitude towards IPE and interpersonal communication skill in CFHC-IPE program. Conclusion : Students of FK-KMK UGM have excellent readiness and attitude towards IPE, yet the interpersonal communication skill is still in moderate level. There is ignificant different of readiness and attitude towards IPE between students year 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019. There is weak correlation between readiness and attitude towards IPE and interpersonal communication skill in CFHC-IPE program.
