Penilaian ini memiliki maksud guna mengetahui estimasi Nilai Sewa Ruangan Untuk Kantin Milik BPKP Di Kantor BPKP Provinsi Bali Di Jalan Kapten Tantular, Kecamatan Denpasar Selatan, Kota Denpasar, serta memiliki tujuan untuk mementukan Nilai Sewa dari satu unit ruangan tersebut. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penilaian ini yaitu Pendekatan Pasar dengan Metode Perbandingan Data Pasar. Pada Pendekatan Pasar dengan menggunakan Metode Perbandingan Data Pasar, diperoleh indikasi Nilai Sewa sebesar Rp18.100.000 (Delapan Belas Juta Seratus Ribu Rupiah) per tahun.

This assessment has the purpose of knowing the estimated rental value of rooms for canteens belonging to BPKP at the Bali Provincial BPKP Office at Captain Tantular Street, South Denpasar Subdistrict, Denpasar City, and has the objective to determine the rental value of one unit of the room. The analytical tool used in this valuation is the Market Approach with the Market Data Comparison. In the Market Approach using Market Data Comparasion of the Rent Value of Rp18.100.000 (Eighteen Million One Hundred Thousand Rupiahs) per year.
