Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji bagaimana perubahan yang terjadi pada industri dapat berdampak pada relevansi kompetensi inti suatu perusahaan dan bagaimana perusahaan harus merespons untuk mempertahankan relevansi kompetensi inti tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode studi kasus pada perusahaan PT System Integration yang bergerak di industri teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di Indonesia.

This research was conducted to examine how changes in the industry can affect the relevance of company core competencies and how company should respond to maintain the relevance of its core competencies. This research was conducted using case study method in the company PT System Integration which is operate in the information and communication technology industry in Indonesia
