ANALISIS STRUKTUR PERILAKU KINERJA INDUSTRI JASA KONSTRUKSI DI INDONESIA TAHUN 2014 - 2018

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan dan pengaruh struktur dan perilaku terhadap kinerja dari industri jasa konstruksi di Indonesia selama tahun 2014 - 2018 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini menggunakan model random effect dengan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS) untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja industry. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pangsa pasar memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel ROA; indeks hirschman herfindahl memiliki hubungan negatif dan signifikan terhadap variabel ROA; diversifikasi memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel ROA; konsentrasi kepemilikan memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel ROA. Struktur pasar industri jasa konstruksi di Indonesia berada pada persaingan monopolistik.

This research was conducted to see the relationship and effect of structure, and conduct towards the performance of construction industry in Indonesia from 2014 to 2018 that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research used random effects model with Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method to analyze the factors that affect the industry performance. The results shows that market share has positive and significant correlation on the dependent variable (ROA), hirschman herfindahl index has negative and significant correlation on the dependent variable (ROA) ; diversification has positive and significant correlation on the dependent variable (ROA) ; ownership concentration has positive and significant correlation on the dependent variable (ROA). Market structure of construction industry in Indonesia has monopolistic competition.
