Skripsi karya disusun untuk proyek 'New Destination Branding Initiative in Guwosari Village, Pajangan, Bantul' yang merupakan proyek kerjasama antara Departemen Ilmu Komunikasi, RWE Digital Agency, dan Pemerintah Desa Guwosari. Desa Guwosari memiliki cerita sejarah Pangeran Diponegoro dan tidak banyak masyarakat yang mengetahuinya. Oleh karena itu, sejarah Pangeran Diponegoro akan diangkat melalui wisata sejarah. Objektif dari skripsi karya yang berupa narasi cerita sejarah Pangeran Diponegoro di Desa Guwosari adalah sebagai pilar konten-konten untuk wisata sejarah Desa Guwosari. Narasi yang diangkat adalah kehidupan sehari-hari Pangeran Diponegoro di Desa Guwosari. Pangeran Diponegoro adalah seorang bangsawan rendah hati yang juga seorang santri, petani, pecinta kuda, penulis, arsitek, seniman, dan tidak memiliki latar belakang militer tetapi bisa memimpin perang. Hasil karya berupa teks, audio, dan video. Pada akhir periode kerja sama, Desa Guwosari menyetujui untuk menggunakan karya sebagai panduan untuk wisata sejarah Desa Guwosari.

The thesis is prepared for the project 'New Destination Branding Initiative in Guwosari Village, Pajangan, Bantul' which is a collaborative project between the Department of Communication Studies, RWE Digital Agency, and the Guwosari Village Government. Guwosari Village has a history of Prince Diponegoro and not many people know about it. Therefore, the history of Prince Diponegoro will be lifted through historical tourism. The objective of the thesis, which consists of the history of Prince Diponegoro in Guwosari Village, is as a content pillar for Guwosari Village historical tourism. The topic raised was Prince Diponegoro's daily life in Guwosari Village. Many uniqueness is found in Prince Diponegoro's daily life so that it can be used as an idea for content and historical tourism attractions in Guwosari Village. The narrative raised was the daily life of Prince Diponegoro in Guwosari Village. Prince Diponegoro was a humble aristocrat who was also a religious student, farmer, horse lover, writer, architect, and did not have a military background but can lead the war. The works are in the form of text, audio, and video. At the end of the cooperation period, Guwosari Village agreed to use the thesis as travel guides for Guwosari Village historical tours.
