Evaluasi Postur Kerja Dan Proses Produksi Pada Taman Teknologi Pertanian

Intisari Dalam Usaha Kecil Menengah faktor cara kerja karyawan dan proses produksi masih kurang diperhatikan, Padahal kedua faktor tersebut sangat berpengaruh terhadap kesehatan karyawan yang akan berakibat pada turunnya produktivitas, Penurunan produktivitas jelas akan menurunkan keuntungan dari usaha tersebut. Selain itu cara kerja yang kurang tepat dapat menimbulkan cedera atau Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh, postur kerja serta sistem produksi yang dilakukan. Adapun tempat penelitian ini adalah Taman Teknologi Pertanian Nglanggeran yang merupakan tempat pengolahan biji kakao yang telah difermentasikan kemudian diolah menjadi beberapa produk diantaranya adalah bubuk kakao, permen coklat, minuman bubuk. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi langsung dan kuisioner Nordic Body Map untuk mengetahui keluhan yang dialami oleh karyawan, Rapid Upper Limb Assesmen (RULA) untuk menganalisa postur kerja karyawan serta peta proses operasi yang digunakan untuk menganalisa waktu dan proses produksi. Berdasarkan kuisioner Nordic Body Map bagian tubuh yang dikeluhkan oleh operator adalah bagian tubuh bagian lengan atas kanan (83%), bahu kanan (66%), leher bawah (50%) sedangkan pekerjaan pengepressan pasta kakao memiliki skor tertinggi yaitu 56 yang masuk kategori sedang, dan untuk pekerjaan pembuatan minuman susu bubuk, dodol dan pengayakan memiliki kategori rendah. Analisis RULA pada pekerjaan press dan pembuatan dodol mendapat skor akhir 7 yang berarti risiko tinggi dan membutuhkan perubahan sekarang juga. Menurut analisis peta kerja terdapat limbah industri berupa bungkil yaitu sebesar 46,5 kg atau 76% dari produksi bubuk kakao, apabila bungkil tersebut diolah menjadi permen coklat termasuk layak dilakukan karena memiliki ROI sebesar 33,2 %.

Abstrack In Small and Medium Enterprises the work methods of employees and the production process are still lacking in attention, whereas both of these factors greatly affect the health of employees which will result in decreased productivity, a decrease in productivity will obviously reduce the profits of the business. In addition, improper ways of working can cause injury or Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). The purpose of this study was to evaluate the influence, work posture and production systems carried out. The place of this research is Nglanggeran Agricultural Technology Park which is a processing place for fermented cocoa beans which is then processed into several products including cocoa powder, chocolate candy, and beverage powder. The method used in this study is direct observation and the Nordic Body Map questionnaire to find out complaints experienced by employees, Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) to analyze employee work postures as well as maps of operating processes used to analyze time and production processes. Based on the Nordic Body Map questionnaire, the body parts complained by the operator were the right upper arm (83%), right shoulder (66%), lower neck (50%) while the cocoa paste pressing work had the highest score of 56 in the medium category. , and for the work of making milk powdered drinks, dodol and sieving has a low category. RULA analysis on press work and dodol making gets a final score of 7 which means high risk and requires change now. According to the analysis of the work map there is industrial waste in the form of cake which is equal to 46.5 kg or 76% of the cocoa powder production, if the cake is processed into chocolate candy including feasible because it has an ROI of 33.2%.
