Kualitas SDM memiliki pengaruh pada pertumbuhan suatu negara. Masalah pengangguran dan kualitas tenaga kerja merupakan isu yang selalu mengemuka. Peningkatan kualitas SDM merupakan salah satu solusi untuk mengurangi angka pengangguran. Blockchain adalah salah satu teknologi terbaru yang memberikan janji dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan di berbagai sektor salah satunya manajemen SDM. Tujuan dari tesis ini adalah untuk memformulasikan implementasi teknologi Blockchain untuk meningkatkan kualitas generasi muda di Indonesia dengan sertifikasi keahlian, dan mengurangi angka pengangguran dengan menghubungkan perusahaan penyedia kerja dengan tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan memperoleh data melalui wawancara pihak-pihak yang merupakan ahli di bidang masing-masing untuk mendapatkan masukan serta wawasan mengenai penerapan terbaik teknologi Blockchain dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut serta model bisnis yang layak secara finansial dan berkelanjutan.

The qualities of people influence the development of a country. Unemployment problem and the quality of worker are the main issue that always coming up. Improving the quality of the people is a solution to reduce unemployment problem. Blockchain is one of the current technology that promises to solve problems in various sectors, one of which is human resource management. The purpose of this thesis is to find the right formula for Blockchain implementation to improve the quality of the Indonesian young generation through skill certification, and reducing the rate of unemployment by connecting the employer with high quality employee. This research uses qualitative approach by obtaining data through deep interview with experts in their respective fields to get input as well as insight about the best practice of Blockchain implementation in solveing the problem as well as financially feasible and sustainable business model.
