METODE ESTIMASI PERHITUNGAN TUNJANGAN KINERJA PADA STARTUP

Manajemen keuangan pada startup memiliki peranan penting dalam pertumbuhan sebuah startup. Penggajian pada startup masih bersifat statis berdasarkan pendapatan startup setiap bulannya, sementara itu dalam software development setiap developer memiliki bobot pekerjaan yang berbeda-beda. Owner atau founder startup sering kali merasa kesulitan menentukan tunjangan kinerja yang layak diberikan kepada setiap developer karena belum dapat menerapkan pemberian tunjangan secara konvesional yang sudah ada selama ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perhitungan estimasi tunjangan kinerja dari setiap developer agar sesuai dengan beban atau task yang dikerjakan. Task yang diberikan tidak lepas dari aspek penting dalam software development di startup. Aspek tersebut kemudian digunakan dalam metode perhitungan ini yaitu story point, waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk penyelesaian sebuah task dan alokasi biaya dalam software development. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah validasi menunjukkan bahwa metode Adjusted Story Point mendapatkan feedback yang baik dari setiap responden. Validasi dilakukan dengan menghitung rerata berdasarkan penilaian setiap responden lalu menghitung nilai interquartile range dan standar deviasi untuk mengukur konsesus dari metode tersebut. Adapun metode Adjusted Story Point mempunyai nilai rerata yang lebih tinggi yaitu 8,3 dan tercapainya konsensus dari penilaian responden.

Financial management at startup has an important role in the growth of a startup. Payroll at startup is still static based on startup income each month, while in software development each developer has different work weights. Owners or startup founders often find it difficult to determine appropriate performance allowances given to each developer because they have not been able to implement the conventional allowances that have been available so far. The purpose of this study is to determine the calculation of the estimated performance allowances of each developer to match the load or task undertaken. The given task cannot be separated from important aspects of software development at startup. These aspects are then used in this calculation method, which are story points, time needed to complete a task and allocation of costs in software development. The results of this study are validation shows that the Adjusted Story Point method gets good feedback from each respondent based on a higher average value of 8.3 and the consensus value of the respondent is achieved.
