Abstrak Pembangunan Jalan Tol Solo-Kertosono mengubah berbagai macam penggunaan lahan. perubahan penggunaan lahan untuk pembangunan jalan tol memberikan dampak terhadap lingkungan fisik, sosial maupun ekonomi masyarakat sekitar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis dampak lingkungan fisik, sosial, ekonomi serta bagaimana arahan pengelolaan terhadap dampak yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat yang berada di sekitar jalan tol Solo-Kertosono. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Dibal, Kecamatan Ngemplak, Kabupaten Boyolali yang merupakan salah satu desa yang dilewati oleh proyek pembangunan jalan tol SoloKertosono dengan mixed method dengan analisis deskriptif. Dampak terhadap lingkungan fisik di ketahui dari perubahan penggunaan lahan, fungsi lahan dan juga persepsi masyarakat terhadap dampak lingkungan fisik, sementara itu dampak sosial dan ekonomi diketahui dari persepsi masyarakat. Dampak lingkungan fisik di analisis dengan melakukan overlay menggunakan software arcGIS 10.3, analisis untuk dampak lingkungan sosial dan ekonomi dengan menggunakan skala likert dengan metode kuartil. Responden adalah masyarakat sekitar jalan tol , narasumber untuk wawancara mendalam di lakukan kepada pegawai pemerintahan dan tokoh masyarakat. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah adanya dampak terhadap penggunaan lahan dan alih fungsi lahan yaitu pada lahan pertanian dan kebun campur. Dampak lingkungan fisik, sosial, dan ekonomi yang diketahui dari persepsi masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa dampak terhadap lingkungan fisik ada yaitu mengarah pada dampak buruk, dampak terhadap sosial dan ekonomi tidak banyak mengalami perubahan dalam masyarakat, dan tidak menimbulkan dampak negatif yang besar. Perlu adanya pengelolaan lingkungan fisik, sosial, dan ekonomi masyarakat dari berbagai pihak. Terutama dalam pengelolaan lingkungan fisik yang menyebabkan banyak kerugian terhadap masyarakat.

Abstract The Solo-Kertosono Toll Road Development is changing various types of land use. changes in land use for toll road construction have an impact on the physical, social and economic environment of the surrounding community. This study aims to determine and analyze the impact of the physical, social, economic environment as well as how the direction of management is towards the impacts felt by the communities around the Solo-Kertosono toll road. This research was conducted in Dibal Village, Ngemplak District, Boyolali Regency which is one of the villages traversed by the Solo-Kertosono toll road construction project with a mixed method with descriptive analysis. The impact on the physical environment is known from changes in land use, land function and also the community's perception of the impact of the physical environment, while the social and economic impacts are known from the perception of the community. Physical environmental impacts are analyzed by overlaying using arcGIS 10.3 software, analysis for social and economic environmental impacts using a Likert scale with quartile methods. Respondents are the community around the toll road, the resource persons for in-depth interviews are conducted with government employees and community leaders. The results obtained from this study are the impacts on land use and land use change, namely on agricultural land and mixed gardens. The physical, social, and economic environmental impacts which are known from the community's perception show that the impact on the physical environment is that it leads to adverse impacts, the social and economic impacts do not change much in the community, and do not cause a large negative impact. There needs to be management of the physical, social and economic environment of the people from various parties. Especially in the management of the physical environment which causes a lot of harm to the community.
