Dalam skripsi ini akan dibahas mengenai permasalahan penjadwalan pada mesin tunggal dengan suatu waktu ketidaktersediaan. Pada umumnya, permasalahan penjadwalan bertujuan untuk meminimalkan total waktu penyelesaian pekerjaan. Pada skripsi ini akan dibahas mengenai bagaimana menjadwalkan pekerjaan yang memiliki faktor kepentingan atau bobot yang berbeda-beda. Diasumsikan terdapat waktu ketidaktersedian yang mana pada masa tersebut mesin tidak dapat mengerjakan pekerjaan. Dengan kata lain, mesin tidak dapat beroperasi sehingga didapatkan total waktu penyelesaian terbobot yang seminimal mungkin. Salah satu aplikasi yang akan dibahas adalah masalah meminimalkan total waktu penyelesaian terbobot pada proses pengeringan kayu.

In this undergraduate thesis, it will be discussed the single machine scheduling with a fixed non-availability time. Generally, the objective of the scheduling problem is to minimize job completion time. in this thesis, it will be discussed how to schedule jobs that have interest factors or Different weights. it was assumed that there was a time when the machine could not be operated to do the job. in other words, the machines could not be operated so that it was obtained the weighted finishing time at the most minimum. One of the applications that will be discussed is to minimize total weighted completion time in the wood drying process.
