PERAN ASRAMA AL-FURQON DARUL ULUM JOMBANG JAWA TIMUR DALAM PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER SANTRI DAN IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP KETAHANAN PRIBADI

Urgensi penanaman ahlaq harus dimulai dari usia dini. Potensi dari pondok pesatren sebagai wadah pendidikan agama, sekaligus pendidikan moral telah dipercayai sejak lama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan bagaimana pendidikan karakter, serta implikasinya terhadap ketahanan pribadi santri di Asrama Al-Furqon. Manfaat lain guna memperkaya pemikiran santri dengan ilmu agama, meninggikan moral, melatih, mempertinggi semangat, menghargai nilai- nilai spiritual, kemanusiaan, mengajarkan sikap yang jujur dan bermoral. Oleh karena itu peran Asrama Al-Furqon dalam pendidikan karakter sangat penting untuk dibahas. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Informan kunci dalam penelitian ini yaitu; Santri,Alumni, dan Kyai Asrama Al-Furqon. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam (6 informan), observasi, dokumentasi, dan konten internet. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan penarikan kesimpulan. hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan, peran Asrama Al-Furqon dalam penidika karakter para santri dengan: Penanaman nilai disiplin, kejujuran, peduli, dan menghormati orang. Perkembangan kognitif melalui pengajian Al-Quran dan Istighosah. Analisis nilai pada ceramah setelah sholat. Klarifikasi nilai pada evaluasi bulanan santri. Pembelajaran berbuat dengan kegiatan sosial masyarakat. Implikasi Pendidikan karakter terhadap ketahanan santri dapat dilihat dari perbuatan santri mampu Mampu Mengatur Emosi, Pengendalian Impuls, Pribadi yang Optimis, Mampu Memecahkan Masalah. Causal Analysis, Mampu berempati, Mendapatkan Pencapaian. Kata Kunci: Peran Asrama Al-Furqon, Pendidikan Karakter, Ketahanan Pribadi

The purpose of pesantren is not merely to enrich the minds of students with knowledge, but also to elevate morals, train, enhance spirit, respect spiritual values, humanity, teach honest and moral attitudes. Therefore the role of the Al-Furqon hostel in character education is very very important to discuss. The research was been done by looking for factors that became indicators of success in the formation of youth character. The Observation has been made with the method of in-depth interviews with alumni, Kyai, and training students at the A-Furqon. In addition, observing closely when the training process takes place is also done to get clarity in retrieving data. The success of this research shows, the role of the Al-Furqon hostel in the examination of the character of the students by: Cultivating the value of discipline, honesty, caring for others, and respect for others. Cognitive development through the study of the Koran and Istighosah. Analysis of the value of the lecture after prayer. Clarification of values in the monthly evacuation of students. Learning to do with the direct application of community social activities. Other findings include students' creativity activities. Implications Character education for the resilience of students can be seen from the actions of Al-Furqon boarding students who are able to regulate emotions and control the surplus to focus on goals. Being an optimistic person is able to keep Self-Efficacy realistic. Santri who can Causal Analysis of every condition. Empathy in social relations, and Reaching Out for every problem, obstacle, obstacle can find the best solution and get lessons in each process.
