PENERAPAN LEAN UNTUK MENGURANGI WASTE DALAM PROSES KREDIT PEMBIAYAAN STUDI PADA PT BFI FINANCE INDONESIA TBK

Perkembangan jasa keuangan dari tahun ke tahun mengalami perkembangan yang tidak hanya terkait akan semakin besarnya market share perusahaan pembiayaan, akan tetapi adanya perubahan proses bisnis dari perusahaan jasa keuangan yang sebelumnya konvensional bergeser ke arah digital yakni munculnya perusahaan-perusahaan jasa keuangan online atau disebut dengan financial technology yang memberikan proses kredit dengan jangka waktu dan dengan persyaratan yang mudah. Jangka waktu proses persetujuan kredit merupakan hal yang sangat crucial selain dari pemberian bunga yang kompetitif di industri keuangan. Proses kerja yang efektif akan berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan waktu layanan diterima oleh konsumen dan value yang diterima oleh konsumen. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi aktivitas dari setiap tahapan proses aplikasi sampai dengan funding untuk menemukan waste kritis dan akar penyebab dari waste kritis dengan pendekatan lean six sigma. Penelitian bersifat deskriptif kualitatif, dimana pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan pengisian kuesioner. Dengan hasil penemuan >50% aktivitas proses aplikasi sampai funding kredit pembiayaan adalah non value added, dengan waiting waste menjadi faktor dominan proses menjadi tidak efektif. Pada tahapan lanjutan akar penyebab dari waste kritis yang terjadi adalah sistem aplikasi salestrax yang tidak mengirimkan notifikasi untuk di survey oleh surveyor sehingga menyebabkan penundaan untuk melakukan proses survey, pekerjaan administratif oleh surveyor dalam hal pengumpulan dokumen-dokumen kertas, proses review credit analis pada template manual, proses penerimaan jaminan konsumen yang tidak mengikuti standar operational procedure yang berlaku, proses pengecekan bpkb yang dengan aliran proses yang panjang dan proses entry manual terlebih dahulu baru entry sistem, proses funding sistem batching masih > 50%. Pada tahapan perbaikan didapatkan gambaran pemetaan future state mapping, dengan menghilangkan atau mereduksi aktivitas yang non value added sehingga diperoleh penghematan cycle time.

The purpose of this research is to identify every activity and analyses the root cause of critical waste using lean hospital using lean six sigma. Descriptive qualitative research, while collecting data obtained through observation, interviews, and filling out questionnaires. With the discovery of> 50% of the application process until the credit funding is not added value, waiting for waste to become the dominant factor becomes ineffective. At the stage of continuing the root cause of critical waste that occurs is the salestrax application system that does not request notification for surveys by surveyors so that it causes the need to carry out survey processes, work carried out by surveyors in terms of submission of paper documents, the process of reviewing credit analysts on manual templates , acceptance process customers guarantee, who do not follow standard operating procedures in force, the process of checking the BPKB with a long process and manual entry process before the new entry system is received, the batching system funding process is still> 50%. In the improvement phase, a mapping of future conditions is obtained, by eliminating or reducing activities that do not add value so that savings in cycle time are obtained.
