PENILAIAN KENDARAAN DINAS UNTUK TUJUAN PENGHAPUSAN ASET

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi nilai pasar aset kendaraan operasional milik instansi Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Barito Selatan untuk dilakukan penghapusan aset tahun 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan pasar dengan metode perbandingan data pasar, dengan menyesuaikan item-item dan kondisi-kondisi (ban,bodi,cat, lampu dll) pada kendaraan pembanding. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan untuk kendaraan jenis Avanza tipe G tahun 2006 dengan plat nomer KH 1039 DU diperoleh nilai pasar kendaraan sebesar Rp78.000.000,- dan nilai likuidasi kendaraan Rp63.000.000,- Kendaraan jenis Avanza tipe G tahun 2006 dengan plat nomer KH 1015 DU diperoleh nilai pasar kendaraan sebesar Rp81.000.000,- dan nilai likuidasi kendaraan Rp65.000.000,- Kendaraan jenis Avanza tipe G tahun 2006 dengan plat nomer KH 1023 DU diperoleh nilai pasar kendaraan sebesar Rp78.000.000,- dan nilai likuidasi kendaraan Rp63.000.000,- Kendaraan jenis Avanza tipe G tahun 2006 dengan plat nomer KH 1040 DU diperoleh nilai pasar kendaraan sebesar Rp81.000.000,- dan nilai likuidasi kendaraan Rp65.000.000,- Kendaraan jenis Avanza tipe G tahun 2006 dengan plat nomer KH 1067 DU diperoleh nilai pasar kendaraan sebesar Rp82.000.000,- dan nilai likuidasi kendaraan Rp66.000.000,- Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penyesuaian banyak dilakukan pada item dan kondisi kendaraan, seperti status mesin, kondisi bodi, kondisi roda, dan kondisi lampu pada kendaraan.

This study aims to estimate the market value of assets of operational vehicles belonging to the agency of the Mukomuko Regency Regional Personnel Agency for asset abolition in 2019. This study uses a market approach with a market data comparison method, by adjusting items and conditions (tires, body , paint, lights etc.) on comparable vehicles. The results showed that for the type G Avanza type of vehicle in 2006 with vehicle number KH 1039 DU , the vehicle market value was Rp. 78,000,000,- and the liquidation value of the vehicle was Rp. 63,000,000,- The 2006 type of Avanza type G with vehicle number KH 1015 DU vehicle obtained a vehicle market value of Rp81,000,000,- and a vehicle liquidation value of Rp.65,000,000,- 2006 type G Avanza with vehicle number KH 1023 DU type vehicles obtained vehicle market value of Rp.78,000,000,- and vehicle liquidation value Rp.63,000,000,- The type G Avanza type vehicle in 2006 with vehicle number KH 1040 DU obtained the vehicle market value of Rp. 81,000,000 and the liquidation value of the vehicle was Rp. 65,000,000,- The 2006 type G Avanza with vehicle number KH 1067 DU type vehicle obtained a vehicle market value of Rp.82,000,000,- and a vehicle liquidation value of Rp66,000,000,- The results showed that many adjustments were made to the items and the condition of the vehicle, such as engine status, body condition, tire conditions, tire conditions, and the condition of the lights on the vehicle.
