Penilaian Kendaraan Dinas untuk Tujuan Penghapusan Pemakaian dengan Pendekatan Data Pasar (studi pada Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Alor)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi Nilai Pasar aset kendaraan dinas operasional milik Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) dalam lingkup Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Alor untuk dilakukan penghapusan aset tahun 2019. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap kendaraan Dinas Operasional Daerah dengan merk Daihatsu Xenia Li 1.0 (F 600 RV) tahun 2006 dan Isuzu Panther LM 25 tahun 2001. Proses penilaian ini dilakukan dengan Pendekatan Data Pasar (Market Approach) dengan metode perbandingan data pasar (sales comparison method). Hasil analisis penilaian untuk tujuan penghapusan pada tahun 2019 menghasilkan nilai kendaraan Daihatsu Xenia Li 1.0 (F 600 RV) tahun 2006 dengan nomor kendaraan EB 71 WK diperoleh Nilai Pasar sebesar Rp70.000.000 dan nilai likuidasi sebesar Rp56.000.000. Nilai kendaraan Daihatsu Xenia Li 1.0 (F 600 RV) tahun 2006 dengan nomor kendaraan DH 163 F diperoleh Nilai Pasar sebesar Rp66.000.000 dan nilai likuidasi sebesar Rp53.000.000. Nilai kendaraan Daihatsu Xenia Li 1.0 (F 600 RV) tahun 2006 dengan nomor kendaraan DH 164 F diperoleh Nilai Pasar sebesar Rp65.000.000 dan nilai likuidasi sebesar Rp52.000.000. Nilai kendaraan Isuzu Panther LM 25 tahun 2001 dengan nomor kendaraan EB 7 K diperoleh Nilai Pasar sebesar Rp70.000.000 dan nilai likuidasi sebesar Rp56.000.000. Nilai kendaraan Isuzu Panther LM 25 tahun 2001 dengan nomor kendaraan EB 151 WK diperoleh Nilai Pasar sebesar Rp69.000.000 dan nilai likuidasi sebesar Rp56.000.000. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bisa dijadikan referensi mengenai teknik penilaian Kendaraan Dinas Bermotor Operasional Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Alor untuk tujuan penghapusan aset.

This study aims to estimate the market value of assets of operational vehicles belonging to the regional device organizations within the Alor Regency Government for asset disposal in 2019. This research was conducted on the Regional Operational vehicles with brand of Daihatsu Xenia Li 1.0 (F 600 RV) year built 2006 and Isuzu Panther LM 25 year built 2001. This assessment process uses a Market Approach with the sales comparison method. The results of the valuation analysis for the purpose of deletion in 2019 produce the value of the vehicle for Daihatsu Xenia Li 1.0 (F 600 RV) year built 2006 with vehicle number EB 71 WK obtained the vehicle market value was Rp70.000.000 and the liquidation value of the vehicle was Rp56.000.000. The value of the vehicle for Daihatsu Xenia Li 1.0 (F 600 RV) year built 2006 with vehicle number DH 163 F obtained the vehicle market value of Rp65.000.000 and the liquidation value of the vehicle of Rp53.000.000. Vehicle number DH 16 F obtained the vehicle market value of Rp66.000.000 and the liquidation value of the vehicle of Rp52.000.000. The value of the vehicle for Isuzu Panther LM 25 year built 2001 with vehicle number EB 7 K obtained the vehicle market value of Rp70.000.000 and the liquidation value of the vehicle of Rp56.000.000. Vehicle number EB 151 WK obtained the vehicle market value of Rp69.000.000 and the liquidation value of the vehicle of Rp56.000.000. The results of this study are expected to be used as a reference regarding the valuation techniques of Operational Motorized Vehicles of Alor Regency Government for asset disposal in 2019.
