BUMN memiliki aset yang jumlahnya tidak sedikit, terutama properti. Banyak aset-aset BUMN/penyedia properti terkendala masalah pemasaran dan alur penyewaan yang rumit. Tidak sedikit BUMN atau penyedia properti yang mengalami kerugian karena memiliki properti yang tidak dimanfaatkan. Dari sisi user atau pencari ruangan selaku renter yang sedang membutuhkan ruangan/gedung yang sesuai kebutuhan, minimnya informasi mengenai properti yang mana saja yang dapat digunakan untuk kebutuhan rapat, kerja ataupun kegiatan lain. Tak sedikit yang menghabiskan waktu untuk hanya sekadar mencari informasi mengenai kebutuhan yang tepat. Dari sisi penyedia selaku seller pemasaran dan alur pemesanan menimbulkan kerugian finansial dari sisi bisnis. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, PT Indonesia Comnets Plus Bidang Pengembangan Aplikasi membangun sistem sewa ruang yang mengakomodasi proses sewa-menyewa ruang/gedung yang kemudian disebut AIRSpace. Kemudian, untuk menyediakan layanan pertukaran data, dibangun API web service dengan menggunakan pendekatan arsitektur REST. Implementasi RESTful web service sistem sewa Ruang (AIRSpace) oleh PT Indonesia Comnets Plus ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java dengan framework Spring Boot dan PostgreSQL untuk basis data.

State-owned companies (BUMN) has assets in a huge amount, especially in property. There are assets of BUMN/the provider of property constrained in marketing and the flow of rental which complicated. There are many of BUMN or the provider of property sustain a disadvantage because they have properties that don't be used to get benefit. From user or space seeker (renter) who is in need of a room/building as needed, lack of information about which property can be used to meeting, working, or another activities. Not a few who spend time just to seek information about the right needs. From the provider as seller marketing and the flow of rental evoke financial disadvantage from business. Based on the problem, PT Indonesia Comnets Plus Sector Application Development build a tenancy transaction system that acomodate process renting room/building which was called AIRSpace. Then, to provide data exchange services, web services API was built using the REST architecture approach. The implementation of the RESTful web service space rental system (AIRSpace) by PT Indonesia Comnets Plus was built using the Java language programming with Spring Boot framework and PortgreSQL as database.
