Interseksi antara TAM Dan EUCS Untuk Mengukur Keberterimaan e-journal oleh mahasiswa strata dua universitas gadjah mada

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur perilaku penggunaan dan kepuasan terhadap akses ejournal dengan menggabungkan dua model, yakni teori TAM oleh Davis (1989) dan EUCS oleh Doll dan Torkzadeh (1988). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 155 mahasiswa strata dua Universitas Gadjah Mada, dengan jenis sampel random sampling. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan bantuan aplikasi smart PLS 3.0. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perilaku mahasiswa dalam mengakses ejournal masih terhambat pada kemudahan akses yang dapat dibuktikan dengan variabel ease of use yang tidak signifikan terhadap attitude. Di pihak lain, tingkat kepuasan belum sepenuhnya dirasakan yang ditandai dengan tidak signifikannya variabel ease of use, perceived usefulness, accuracy dan timeliness terhadap satisfaction.

This study aimed to measure the usage behavior and satisfaction of e-journal access by combining two models, which were TAM theory by Davis (1989) and EUCS by Doll and Torkzadeh (1988). This study used qualitative study with 155 undergraduate students of Universitas Gadjah Mada as a sample with random sampling type. Smart PLS 3.0 was used as the measurement in hypothesis testing. The findings of this study indicate that student behavior in accessing e-journal is still hampered by the ease of access that can be proved by the ease of use variable, which is not significant with attitude. On the other hand, the level of satisfaction has not been fully felt which is marked by the insignificance of ease of use variable, perceived usefulness, accuracy and timeliness of satisfaction.
