PENERAPAN METODE SOSROBAHU PADA PEKERJAAN PIER HEAD ELEVATED TRANSYOGI PROYEK PEMBANGUNGAN JALAN TOL CIMANGGIS CIBITUNG SEKSI 2

Jalan Layang adalah salah satu pekerjaan struktur yang dikerjakan pada pembangunan Jalan Tol Cimanggis Cibitung Seksi 2. Pekerjaan pier head merupakan pekerjaan utama pada pekerjaan jalan layang. Sebagian besar pekerjaan pier head berada pada median jalan Alternatif Cibubur yang sangat padat menjadi tantangan tersendiri. Metode alternatif yang digunakan adalah metode Sosrobahu. Metode Sosrobahu merupakan suatu metode untuk membangun pier head tanpa mengganggu akses lalu lintas di bawah jalan layang dikarenakan pier head dibangun searah median jalan kemudian diputar 90 derajat dengan sistem Landas Putar Bebas Hambatan (LPBH) sebagai media putar yang terletak diantara pier dan pier head dengan bantuan crane saat proses pemutaran pier head. Metode ini diterapkan di elevated Transyogi yang berada pada STA 27+280 hingga STA 28+800 dengan panjang bentang pier head 32,8 meter. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pengamatan langsung di lapangan dan wawancara terstruktur serta data sekunder berupa metode kerja, shop drawing, serta dokumentasi dari pihak kontraktor. Dari hasil pengamatan di lapangan diperoleh bahwa pelaksanaan metode Sosrobahu meliputi pekerjaan instalasi angkur dan template sosrobahu sebagai cetakan, pemasangan pelat sorobahu dan grouting area kosong disekitar pelat, pemasangan gap dilatasi sebanyak 3 lapisan, pengecoran pier head, pembongkaran dilatasi, pemasangan pipe tubing, penyediaan alat hydraulic power pack, memompakan oli dengan tekanan sebesar 78,4 kg/cm2 selama peroses pemutaran pier head dan proses pemutaran pier head dengan crane berkapasitas 2 Ton.

Fly Over is one of the structure that under construction in Cimanggis Cibitung Toll Road. Pier head is main item of fly over construction. Most of fly over construction is in median of Alaternatif Cibubur Roads that very busy become a challenge for contractor. The alterntative methode used is Sosrobahu methode. Sosrobahu methode is a methode for build a pier head without disturbing traffic under the construction because pier head was built in same direction with median of the road and then rotated 90 degrees with Landas Putar Bebas Hambatan (LPBH) system as rotation media which is located between pier and pier head with a mobile crane when pier head rotation process. This methode is applied to elevated transyogi that located in STA 27+280 to STA 28+800 with pier head is 32,8 meters length. The study was conducted by direct observation, interwies, and secondary data like work methode, shop drawing, dan documentation from the contractor. Form observation in the work area, obtained that step of implementation of sosrobahu methode are installation anchore and sosrobahu template for the molf, installation pelate of Sosrobahu and grouting the empty area around the pelate, installation 3 layers of gap dilatation, molding a pier head, demolition of dilatation, installation of pipe tubing, supply hydraulic power, pumping oil with hydraulic preassure of 78,4 kg/cm2 when pier head rotation process, dan pier head rotation process with a mobile crane.
