ANALISIS PEMILIHAN MODA TRANSPORTASI PESAWAT UDARA (STUDI KASUS DI BANDAR UDARA INTERNASIONAL ACHMAD YANI, BANDAR UDARA INTERNASIONAL ADISUMARMO, DAN BANDAR UDARA INTERNASIONAL ADISUCIPTO)

Bedasarkan data angkutan udara cluster Jawa pada masa Natal dan Tahun Baru 2019, jumlah penumpang domestik rata-rata mengalami penurunan sebesar 12.125%. Naiknya harga tiket pesawat terbang menjadi salah satu sebab menurunnya jumlah penumpang. Pada rute-rute di Pulau Jawa yang dapat dilalui dengan moda transportasi darat, salah satu moda transportasi yang populer dijadikan alternatif perjalanan adalah kereta api. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi demand dan nilai probabilitas moda transportasi kereta api untuk perjalanan keluar kota di Pulau Jawa dan pengaruh kenaikan harga tiket dan waktu tempuh pesawat terhadap nilai probabilitas pengguna pesawat. Tahap awal penelitian adalah melakukan survei terhadap 251 responden pengguna pesawat terbang dan kereta api yang dilakukan di ruang tunggu Bandar Udara Internasional Achmad Yani, Bandar Udara Internasional Adisucipto, dan Bandar Udara Internasional Adisumarmo dengan menggunakan metode stated preference. Responden ditawarkan 5 skenario pilihan yang mempertimbangkan variabel biaya perjalanan, dan waktu tempuh perjalanan. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis untuk mendapatkan kriteria responden dan model pemilihan moda transportasi berdasarkan binomial logit model. Berdasarkan binomial logit model, probabilitas pemilihan moda transportasi pesawat terbang adalah 67% sedangkan untuk kereta api adalah 33% dengan hit rate mencapai 72%. Nilai goodness of fit yang dihasilkan: likelihood Ratio (212,617), Pseudo-R2 (0,168), AIC (1061,684), dan BIC (1085,762) sehingga model dapat merepresentasikan kondisi di lapangan. Prediksi demand dan probabilitas model menunjukan bahwa setiap kenaikan harga tiket pesawat sebesar Rp 100.000,00 akan mengakibatkan penurunan nilai probabilitas pengguna pesawat udara rata-rata 4,18%. Sedangkan jika ada penambahan waktu tempuh selama 30 menit maka akan mempengaruhi penurunan probabilitas pengguna pesawat udara rata-rata 1,37 %.

Rising airplane ticket prices are one of the reasons for the decrease in the number of passengers. On routes on Java that can be traversed by land transportation mode, one of the modes of transportation that is popularly used as an alternative trip is the train. This study aims to determine the potential demand and probability value of the modes of rail transportation for trips out of town on the island of Java and the effect of increasing ticket prices and aircraft travel time on the probability value of aircraft users. The initial stage of the study was to survey 251 respondents of aircraft and railroad users conducted in the waiting room of Achmad Yani International Airport, Adisucipto International Airport, and Adisumarmo International Airport using methods stated preference. Respondents were offered 5 choice scenarios that considered the variable cost of travel, and travel time. Furthermore, the data were analyzed to obtain the respondent criteria and transportation mode selection model based on the binomial logit model. Based on the binomial logit model, the probability of choosing an airplane transportation mode is 67% while for the train is 33% with a hit rate reaching 72%. The value of goodness of fit is generated: likelihood ratio (212,617), Pseudo-R2 (0,168), AIC (1061,684), and BIC (1085,762) so that the model can represent conditions in the field. The prediction of demand and probability of the model shows that any increase in the price of an airplane ticket of Rp 100,000.00 will result in a decrease in the probability value of aircraft users by 4.18%. Whereas if there is an additional travel time of 30 minutes it will affect the decrease in the probability of aircraft users by 1.37%.
