PENGEMBANGAN WEBSITE TEKKONE DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN WEBQUAL DAN IMPORTANCE PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS

Tekkone merupakan website dengan konsep mesin pencari yang berdiri pada tahun 2018 dan satu-satunya mesin pencari khusus seminar dan call for paper yang dilaksanakan di Indonesia. Website Tekkone dalam tahap pengembangan (development product) yaitu pengembangan terkait fitur website conference secara otomatis, sehingga perlu melibatkan calon pengguna yang akan memanfaatkan website tersebut untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh kualitas yang diberikan yaitu pihak penyelenggara yang aktif mengadakan seminar dan user pencari seminar. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah mengevaluasi website Tekkone dengan pendekatan WebQual dan IPA dan membuat rekomendasi perbaikan berdasarkan hasil penilaian dan menguji hasil perbaikan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis kualitas dan membuat solusi perbaikan terhadap website Tekkone adalah integrasi dari WebQual 4.0 dan IPA (Importance Performance Analysis). Objek yang digunakan dalam penelitian harus memenuhi kriteria tertentu yaitu seseorang yang pernah menjadi pencari seminar dan penyelenggara seminar. Hasil yang diperoleh berdasarkan 21 responden yaitu indikator-indikator yang menurut pengguna masih perlu ditingkatkan kualitasnya. Indikator-indikator yang dinilai masih kurang menurut pihak penyelenggara seminar adalah indikator INF1 yaitu, Website Tekkone menyediakan informasi pembuatan web konferensi yang cukup jelas, dan INT2 yaitu, Pengguna merasa aman dalam mengunggah data saat proses pembuatan web konferensi. Indikator-indikator yang dinilai masih kurang menurut user adalah indikator USS6 yaitu, Website Tekkone mengandung kompentensi/ pengetahuan, INF2 yaitu, Website Tekkone menyediakan informasi yang up to date, INF3 Website Tekkone menyediakan informasi yang relevan, dan INT4 Website Tekkone memberikan kemudahan untuk mencari konferensi yang diinginkan. Selanjutnya hasil tersebut akan digunakan sebagai input dalam pembuatan solusi perbaikan terhadap website Tekkone.

Tekkone is a search engine website created in 2018, and the only search engine which focuses on searching for seminar and call for paper in Indonesia. Currently, the website is in the development stage for automatic conference website creation feature. Therefore, it needs to involve the prospective users who will use the website in order to measure the quality of the website, where the prospective users are the organizers who actively hold seminars and the users who searching for seminar. Based on these, the purpose of research is to evaluate Tekkone website by using WebQual and IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) approach and make recommendations for improvements based on assesssment results and examine the results of improvements. Methods used to analyze the quality and the improvement solution for Tekkone website are integration of WebQual 4.0 and IPA. The object used in this study must meet certain criteria, such as someone who was searching for seminar, and the organizer itself. The results obtained according to 21 respondents contain indicators that still need to be improved in quality. For the organizer, the indicators that still need to be improved are INFI indicator, which is Tekkone website provides information of making conference web that are quite clear, and INT2 which is the user feeling safe in uploading the data during the web creation process. For the regular user, the indicators that still need to be improved are USS6 indicator which is Tekkone website contains competency/knowledge, INF2 which is Tekkone website provides relevant information, and INT4 which is Tekkone website provides convinienve to find the desired conference. The results then used as input in developing improvement solutions for the website.
