ABSTRAK YOGA DESFIAN, 2015, Analisis Penerapan Metode Lean Construction Terhadap Pengurangan Pemborosan (WASTE) Pekerjaan Struktur Atas Proyek Rusun Daan Mogot. (dibimbing oleh Ir.Bambang Herumanta, M.T.) Penerapan metode lean construction untuk mengurangi adanya pemborosan (waste) perlu ditingkatkan dalam dunia konstruksi. Penerapan metode lean construction juga harus dijalankan sesuai dengan tahapan - tahapannya agar tercapai tujuan dari lean costruction. Proyek Rusun Daan Mogot sudah menerapkan metode lean construction namun belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu penyebab belum optimalnya penerapan metode lean construction. Metode Percantage Planned Completed (PPC) merupakan metode untuk mengukur tingkat keberhasilan penerapan metode lean construction. Nilai percent planned complete (PPC) pada proyek pembangunan Rusun Daan Mogot Jakarta Barat menunjukkan produktivitas time sebesar 52,262 % dimana angka ini masih tergolong rendah dan belum optimal. Faktor penyebab belum optimalnya dicari dengan membandingkan Standard Operating Procedur (SOP), metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan struktur atas terhadap pelaksanaan dilapangan. Setelah diketahuinya faktor tersebut kemudian dicari tingkat kepentingan faktor penyebab tersebut. Dari hasil kuesioner yang diolah dengan menggunakan metode borda didapatkan hasil perubahan desain karena perubahan desain sebesar 0.195, diiikuti oleh material yang datang terlambat dengan bobot sebesar 0.152, selanjutnya pekerja yang kurang disiplin dan skill tenaga kerja yang kurang sebesar 0.141, waktu menunggu pergantian alat sebesar 0.130, kurangnya tenaga kerja diproyek sebesar 0.119, kerusakan alat yang digunakan sebesar 0.065 dan terakhir kondisi cuaca yang tidak menentu 0.054.

The application of a method of lean construction must also be implemented in accordance with the stages in order to achieve the purpose of lean costruction. Daan mogot flat projects have applied a method of lean construction but have not optimal. This study attempts to find out the cause of ineffective the application of a method of lean construction. A method of percantage planned completed ( ppc ) is a method for measuring the degree of success of the application of a method of lean construction.The value of percent planned complete ( ppc ) on the project construction daan mogot west jakarta show productivity time as much as 52,262 % where the number are still relatively low and is not optimal. The factors causing the ineffective searched with comparing standard operating procedure they can manage the fund , a method of structure over the performance of the job with the implementation of the field .After he knew factors are then sought the importance placed on factors such cause .From the results of a questionnaire that is mixed with uses the method borda obtained the results of the change in design because of 0.195 planning underdone , diiikuti materials that are coming late and having a specific gravity of as much as 0.152 , next worker who lacking in discipline and skill labor that is less as much as 0.141 , time waiting for the change of the instrument of 0.130 , a lack of labor 0.119 diproyek as much as , damage an instrument used as much as 0.065 and last to erratic weather condition 0.054 .
