Memahami Niat Calon Pensiunan untuk Berwirausaha di Indonesia

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai niat karyawan yang akan pensiun (calon pensiunan) untuk berwirausaha, faktor-faktor yang dominan dalam mempengaruhi dan hubungan antar faktor-faktor tersebut. Subjek dari penelitian ini ialah karyawan yang akan pensiun dan berusia 50 sampai dengan 60 tahun. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara daring (dalam jaringan) dan didapatkan sebanyak 314 responden yang memenuhi kriteria. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa niat calon pensiunan untuk mencapai tujuannya berwirausaha tidak pengaruhi oleh sikap, keinginan, norma sosial, efikasi diri, efikasi kolektif, kelayakan dan kesempatan. Tak hanya itu, hubungan niat mencapai tujuan berwirausaha calon pensiunan terhadap kesempatan berwirausaha yang ada juga tidak dimoderasi oleh kecenderungan bertindak. Niat mencapai tujuan berwirausaha hanya menjadi pendorong niat para calon pensiunan untuk mengimplementasikan usahanya.

The purpose of this research is to get a representation from the intention of the employee who wants to retire to starting entrepreneurial activities, the dominant factor in influencing and the relationship between the factor. The subjects of this research are employees who will retire and have ages 50 to 60 years. Data collection was conducted online and obtained 314 respondents who met the criteria. The results of this research show that the entrepreneurial goal intention of the prospective retirees are not influenced by attitude, desirability, social norms, self-efficacy, collective efficacy, feasibility and opportunity. Furthermore, the relationship between entrepreneurial goal intention of prospective retirees and opportunity is not moderated by propensity to act. Entrepreneurial goal intention is only able to be a driving force to entrepreneurial implementation intention of prospective retirees in Indonesia.
